Company tried to rip off a Senior Citizen!! Beware of of this companyFixed a part was called back, reversed the drain pipe so a bigger job would've done costing thousands $$$Thank God another AC repair man was called telling what First Choice had done! How awful, will be reported!

I know absolutely nothing about oil burners, all i know is that mine was leaking all over my basement floor. I called First Choice. Jim fixed it quickly, patiently answered all my questions and I was even pleasantly surprised at the cost. I feel like other companies may have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and offered to needlessly replace parts and overcharge for labor. Highly recommended and the only one I will call in the future.

My heating system sprung a leak. I gave First Choice a call. Jim, said he'd be here at 3, and showed up right on time. I had water leaking all over the floor so I was in a hurry. Jim explained everything he was going to do and performed the repair with both speed and efficiency. I'm glad I now have a very good plumber in my neighborhood. Jim was a great guy, and I would do business with him again without hesitation. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

I needed a new oil fired 30 gallon hot water heater, and First Choice did a clean, professional, and excellent job. The appointment was made, and all my questions were answered regarding the installation. There was no rush to get me off the phone, even though I was full of questions. A few days before the installation, Jim called to review the work to be performed, as well as to confirm the appointment. Jim arrived on time on the agreed day and the installation began. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. He was personable, and answered all of my questions without hesitation.The installation was completed more quickly than I anticipated, due to Jim's knowledge and professionalism. I was amazed at how professionally he worked. The job was clean, and he tested the system before wrapping up the job. There was no skimping on materials and supplies, and the job went smoothly.He even cleaned up the whole area before leaving. These are always messy jobs, but he worked to contain it, effectively. Jim takes pride in his work, and is highly concerned with pleasing his customers. How refreshing to have a job performed, without the feeling of someone having their hands in my pockets, or adding unnecessary items to the job. I highly recommend First Choice Plumbing and Heating for all of your plumbing, & heating needs. Thanks First Choice, and Jim for a job well done!!!
