Sam answered all my questions in a way a lay person could understand because I wanted to know how my system worked. In other words, the workmanship was great but, in addition to all that, I would like to emphasize his attitude, demeanor and personality. For me, these traits towards customer service outweighs the technical perfections, imperfections, systems etc. There are perceptions out there of service technicians out to get you for anything. I can say for sure, Sam is as genuine as it gets. He cares. He went above and beyond straightening out what the last technician didn't do correctly. Material stuff can be fixed. Customer service/satisfaction is earned and is very subjective to each customer. I would like to commend Sam and his company. Sam is the kind of person you would want on your team because they are the front liners and they can really give an impression of the company. I would definitely recommend First choice to anyone, and if you get lucky enough, you'll end up with Sam working on your system.

We had several gas leaks, gas company shut the gas off. Contacted First choice and all repairs were done in a timely manner. The two service techs Were were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Thank you First Choice, specifically Jason, who came out to my home and properly diagnosed my water heater . Jason provided an in depth report to my home warranty company that saved me $1,384. In addition, Jason explained to me in great detail while he was installing my new water heater what each component of the water heater did. Amazing. As a home owner It is very rare for Technicians to teach you while they are working! The office staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to schedule my appointment last minute. Another HVAC company came to my home because my A/C was leaking condensation into one of my rooms. They opened nothing, told me my A/C was old and rusted and that I need a new one. Granted, my system is old and while I will need a new unit in the near future they had no problem leaving it at that going into the hot Southern California summer.
When Steve of First Choice came to give me a second opinion, he found that the condensation line was clogged. He blew the line out and got our A/C back and running for a very fair price. I appreciate their effort and care and will be using them again for my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Just finished a complete re-pipe of our home. First Choice employees showed up on time every day. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept us informed throughout the process.

By the time the job was completed, they had addressed every concern we had. We made one call to the office and Gigi quickly returned our call and it was obvious that they would not be fully satisfied until we were fully satisfied.

While nobody wants to require a plumbing expert, it is nice to know that First Choice is out there. They are a trusted team of professionals; people like Sam and Gigi, working in the office and in the field to ensure that their customers know that they are in good hands at a fair price.
