Michael communicated frequently, fit me in to his busy schedule, showed up early, did his work (fixed a broken toilet and installed a new disposal), cleaned up when he was finished, and all for a reasonable fee. My new go-to person for plumbing. Nice guy too.

Awesome crew. I made contact on a Tuesday morning with a leak in the slab at my house. The techs (Will was lead) were at my house within 24hrs. They located and fixed the leak and patched the floor within 2.5 hours. Professional and efficient. I definitely recommend!

They said they would have someone out within a couple of hours and it was even sooner than that (which they asked permission to do). Will and Levi came out and were super nice, very helpful, and worked very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company.

Will from First Chioce gave an estimate for repiping our old copper pipes after our pipe burst, kept in touch until we decided what to do, arrived at appointed times, and saw what turned out to be a complicated job through to the end for the estimated quote. Even though it took much longer than expected. Pleasant, efficient, professional. Highly recommend these plumbers!

Sewage backed up into both bathrooms at night (~8:00ish). The company had a superb answering service, came promptly that same night (actually BEFORE the expected time), fixed the problem quickly with no fuss, and was very reasonably priced. Ask for Will, he is the BEST, professional, friendly, and does great work.

Admittedly, this is my first experience with a plumbing company and perhaps this is typical but I would not recommend these people for any work at all. Also, we didn't actually hire them. We had our walk-in shower completely remodeled and the tile contractor used them as a sub-contractor to replace the shower fixtures. They don't show up when they promise. They installed the wrong type of fixtures (they brought chrome where we ordered brushed nickel) and it took them over a month to come back with the right fixtures. And the worse part was while the plumber was changing out the fixture, he, for what ever reason, decided to tell me a crude sex joke that was extremely offensive. So, if you like lecherous plumbers who won't come when they promise, ones who can't do the job right the first time and then take over a month to correct their mistake, then these are the folks for you.
