Very professional and reasonable prices. Ask for Nazario. He was a true gentleman and had the confidence to do the job correctly the first time. After getting ripped off by a number of other plumbers I am happy to have been referred to them. Thanks Nazario and keep up the great work.

When my water heater leaked and needed to be replaced my plumber was ill and referred me to 1st Choice. Nino was very responsive and communicated with me very well. He had to drive to Davie to locate the proper unit & texted me when enroute to my home as I had requested. He and his assistant were very nice and thorough and even went to Home Depot to get a drip pan (at no extra charge to original quote). His price matched the first plumber. He was very neat in his work & I'd definitely use him again.

Mr. Cortez, a licensed plumber in the state of Florida, replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me a half-hour window of time when he would arrive, and he actually showed up within that time period. Mr. Cortez introduced himself and his assistant. They were professional, clean and efficient. Even though my job was small, they treated the call as every bit important as a bathroom remodel. His service fee was incredibly reasonable. I believe that Mr. Cortez is honest, fair and reliable. I was given his name as a recommendation, and I recommend Mr. Cortez with complete confidence.

I was totally ripped off by this guy Vito. Toilet was quietly running. Instead of just replacing the flapper he replaced the whole inside and no flapper and left me with a toilet for a week that was making so much noise it was ridiculous. Asked him to fix 3 other things as well and he couldn't. Charged $250 for practically breaking my toilet. I asked him to make it right and he finally said he was coming only to cancel. Asked him for some of my money back and crickets. Just horribly dishonest service. Do not use! He took advantage of 2 older women!!

I recently noticed water leaking in my kitchen where the tile meets the bottom seam of the cabinets. I originally thought it was the water line to the fridge however, things escalated quickly. A close friend referred me to Nino who I called not expecting to answer or call back being that it was a Sunday. To my surprise he answered my call and asked me for information about the leak. Needless to say he was at my door a short time later and diagnosed the issue as being a slab leak. He and his right hand man Willy were here again the next day to find the leak which is not an easy job given that they had to jackhammer into the foundation. To make a long story short they found the leak, cut out the bad copper pipe and replaced it and is as good as new. Nino also referred me to the proper people to handle the damaged walls and cabinets as well as an adjuster to deal with my insurance company on my behalf. My apologies for the lengthy review but I cannot stress enough about how professional and competent Nino & Willy are and I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them for ANY plumbing issues. My 3yr old grandson keeps asking when Mr. Nino is coming back!

Naz from 1st choice plumbing can as soon as I called and fixed some broken plumbing in my bathroom. Great job done and he stayed to make sure it was fix. He called later that night and the next morning to make sure everything was fine. I would recommend them all the time. Thank you for everything.

My rating for this company is less than one star. (Are there minus stars?) I hired this Company after the shower pan in my bathroom broke and I needed to have that repaired. In doing so, all of the tile in the bathroom had to be removed. They neglected to """"pitch"""" the floor in the shower which caused poor drainage and as the floor settled the water problem increased. After turning on the water for even a few minutes there was an inch of water in areas not draining. I called another plumber and he advised me to call the company responsible for the problem. He indicated that the floor was not pitched and that there were numerous peaks and valleys in the tile work. I called 1st Choice and I arranged for them to come and repair. They did not remove the original tile and put uneven globs of """"Quickset"""" over the problem areas. (When they began the job, I told them that I wanted the original tile removed so they could pitch it correctly. They did not do that and did not advise me that they were NOT going to do that. (I was not aware of this until they were finished). I asked the tile guy a couple of questions when I saw him during the process and he ignored me and did not even reply. The workers left in a hurry without letting me look at their finished work. When I did see the """"finished job"""", I was in tears. There are now more peaks and valleys than there were before and it is also lumpy! The floor on one side has a big gap between where the tile starts and the edge of the wall that holds the shower door, but the worst eyesore is the area of the floor on the inner wall. The tile is cut very unevenly in odd shapes and there are gaps there also. The back shower wall has the tile forming a peak. Money changed hands for this job because my brother in law paid them for the """"fix"""" since he originally hired them. This bathroom is totally unusable now because I did not let them return the next day to grout """"THE MESS!"""" I now have to start the shower project all over again and I am over $5200.00 in the whole for something that is an eyesore and unusable. To top it off, one of the workers went out to the front yard to clean his bucket with some sort of chemical and dumped the liquid out in my yard so I also have some unsightly dead grass. I am writing this because if I can just help one other person NOT to have to go through what I have, it will be worth it.
