I'll back up Adam D's review by saying this company is not only rude but incompetent as well. Charged $135 for an assessment of my septic problems (the pump doesn't work, no kidding?). Then charged 30% over quote price when the job was ""finished"". Stupid me, didn't get the ""quote"" in writing until it was on the final bill. And rude enough to not take that $135 assessment off after the final bill. After I left a message for an explanation they had the audacity to call back and blast me on my voicemail that didn't stop until the tape ran out.

My septic is failing again after the few thousand dollars spent with this company, should I have them out again? Nah, don't think we're a good match. Just proof this company thinks they're always right.

We first had these people out to our house project a few months ago. They came back extremely overpriced. We made the voice not to use them at that time, partly based on price but also their pushy sales department. We heard nothing from them for over a week and then they were relentless about having us come down and sit through their sales seminar type thing.
Recently we came across more trouble with our house and reached out for the idea of help again, my mistake because I didn't recognize the company name since my girlfriend had dealt with booking them to come out the first time. I can't believe how terribly unprofessional and rude their field guy is. He showed up at our house and upon getting out of his truck he immediately started being rude to me because they didn't get our previous work. He then insulted my girlfriend by saying that we had been a waste of their time and she must have lied about returning their calls. She did return their calls. It's very sad to see that this place prices themselves way outside the market for normal people to afford and then gets upset and rude with people if they decide not to use them.
I wouldn't recommend using this place for anything.... After searching around a little and making a few more phone calls you can find other options to deal with people who will get your work done and respect you while doing it all while not trying to take every last penny out of your pocket
