Most people aren't aware that some of us still have grease traps in the basement, i had one! It exploded and distributed stinking grease all over my laundry room, foul odor! Called the first plumber (won't mention by name), who gave me a time but they were a no show! Started the search over and First Chance popped up, young man answered the phone, gave me the same day time appointment and he showed up! Thank God! He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, Daniel and Bob completed the work, which looks good and works perfectly! Highly recommend First Chance plumbers!

Called Dan the night before with a backing up issue was told that he would be out between 12 and 3. Came to my house at 2 keeping me updated with time of arrival. Took great care when walking through the house not to leave any dirt behind from shoes. Dan was extremely courteous with my younger ones and didn't mind listening to a few of their jokes. When it came to the job at hand he was upfront with all the charges that would incur and made sure we understood everything that was going to take place. After he completed the job he showed us everything that was done and made sure to show us there was no leaks left behind. He cleaned up after himself very neatly and left my space as it was before he arrived. If I could give more than five stars I would. Extremely profe6and courtious. Thank you extremely!!!!

No state plumbing license as required by law. Plumbing work not up to code, their own pictures prove it. Illinois law requires state plumbing license to be posted.

I'm definitely willing to give this guy 5 stars, if I could it would definitely be more. We had woken up one Sunday morning to flooding in our basement and a pipe leaking excessively. We called Dan and he came out that very day as soon as he could. He also gave us a call about 30 minutes prior to let us know he was on his way.

When he got inside, he was very respectful with us and our animals. He is a very welcoming, kind and hardworking guy. I really appreciated the fact he constantly checked with us on what he's doing, what should be done, etc. He also gave insight on what could be the source of the problem.

I truly felt he did the best he could to help us, and in an industry like this, that is a trait that's hard to find.
He did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable.
I definitely recommend him.
