Mike and his team, Carlos in my particular situation were top notch. Mike came out on the 4th of July to address a problem, fixed it but educated me about future concerns. Of course with any problem, particularly costs that don't have any esthetic appeal, you out off! Until today when I had no choice. I called and he was out within an hour! He fixed immediate problem and we revisited recommendation previously provided. We decided to stop the band aid approach and move forward with recommendation (house built in 50's..cast iron pipes and lots of roots in line not a good mix). Mike and team stayed and were prepared to do the work...they are ready and prepared a great mix. I was so appreciative of the work and effort staying over lunch and brought them a sandwich, it wasn't enough to thank them both for what they did but they were again gracious and kind! I highly recommend First Call Plumbing for prompt response, quality work and expertise at a reasonable price. A trio that's not easy to find!

It was ""third call"" to properly fix the leak in my garage. Meanwhile the ceiling was damaged at attic entrance when employee stepped on edge of drywall. Three visits before this bloody leak was finally repaired w/PVC. Costly and now ugly!

Awesome company! I called for a quote because my shower faucet broke. I have two baths with the same faucet and this was the second time I'd had this issue. I used another local company for the first one and they charged me $185 for 15min of work. First call did the same repair for $130, they did not charge me for the part because it is covered by Moen. I will absolutely use them again if I need a plumber!

Of the reviews everyone stated quick prompt service. For my first call to a plumber to be told I'd have to wait for 2 days while my toilet is backing into my tub and now kitchen sinks. Really? That's not what the reviews indicated. Looking elsewhere

We had a kitchen faucet installed by First Call. Rod showed up when he promised, did the work efficiently and neatly, and charged a fair price. Very professional service. Can't ask for more than that.

We called First Call Plumbing last week and scheduled an appointment for February 8 between 8 and 9 AM to solve several plumbing issues. Rod arrived around 8:30 and promptly went to work. He did an exceptional job and was willing to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend First Call Plumbing and will not hesitate to call these folks whenever we have any plumbing issues!

In the process of selling our home and had some deficiencies with the water heater noted during the inspection process. We looked on Yelp and noticed this company was local and had great reviews. Gave them a call and had them come out. 1st thing I noted was their arrival time. Most companies give themselves a 4 hour window. Not First Call...it was a 1 hour window. They showed up on time, quickly assessed the issues, and provided a reasonable quote. The work was immediately started and the 3 issues were quickly, efficiently, and appropriately corrected. The quality of work was great and the technician was personable and professional. This business completely understands the meaning of customer service. I will DEFINITELY utilize their services again.

Here's the deal: Woke up to a leaking water heater-called First Call Plumbing at 730 am-they had someone at my house by 930. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will always call them first. The name serves a purpose!
