I was super impressed by their compassion and urgency toward solving my problem. They were able to come out the very next morning and cleared my sewer. They also pointed out possible long-term problems and gave me an idea of what different repairs might cost when I need them.

I think we got lucky stumbling across these guys. By comparison, the sponsored results at the top of the yelp search for ""plumber"" were at least $100 more expensive, wouldn't call me back to get on the schedule, or refused to give me a cost estimate beforehand. I don't often write reviews but my husband and I were really happy with the service. They brought their camera in, cleared a build-up of grease, and gave us some recommendations for maintenance so that we wouldn't have to call a plumber in. They undercut their own potential future business to save us some money down the road. Not to mention it was the cheapest option and we weren't even trying to go for what's cheapest. I was pleasantly surprised. They struck me as honest and reliable. We'll call them back for any future work needed.

I can't recommend Mike and his company highly enough! I had a big sewer line issue on New Year's Day. Trying to find a plumber on a holiday is tough, so I was happy to reach Mike. Unfortunately, he was sympathetic but couldn't fit me into the schedule until the following Monday, after the holiday weekend.. I couldn't use the toilet, so I decided to call around to get someone out sooner. That company proved unreliable, so I went crawling back to First Call and Mike on Monday. Mike was still busy, but said he thought he could make it out later that day and would get right back to me. He did, as promised, and his communication continued to be excellent. He updated me on his anticipated arrival time and texted me when on the way.

When Mike and his worker came, they quoted me the same price as the other plumber. His worker, Carlos, started digging and Mike went to get the needed parts. The big job was finished within a few short hours. Mike took the time to explain the job, and showed me the pipe cam images where the roots were causing the issue. The guys were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Mike ended up charging considerably less than his initial quote, saying it turned out to be an easier fix than he first thought. This speaks to his honesty, since he didn't have to lower his charge. Also, when I offered he and his worker a tip, Mike insisted that it all go to Carlos.

I highly recommend Mike and his company First Call. Good to know: this company specializes in outside sewer line issues and doesn't generally fix inside plumbing.

These guys were recommended by my dad, and I really wish we had started with them. They were the 3rd plumber to look at out problem, and figured out in about 10 minutes what had been an issue for 2 weeks. Very happy!

Mike has been my family's long time go to plumber and when my girlfriend and I had leakage on our side yard, he not only penciled us in early during his busy season but also waived the consultation fee when it turned out to be a sprinkler I hadn't turned off all the way (Doh!) Highest recommendation, have had only fantastic experiences.

This was the best YELP find ever & I always use their reviews to find service providers for my home. I had called a large plumbing corporation for an estimate because my kitchen sink drain had sprung a leak in the basement over the Thanksgiving holiday. It took a few days for them to schedule an estimate & it was over $6000. After I recovered & decided that was impossible, I got on Yelp, found & called First Call. Mike called me back on Friday (he was on vacation) and told me to call Justin Sunday. I did & he came out Monday & gave me an estimate of $2100 for an even more extensive repair. With Carlos' help he did the repair in 2 hours for exactly that amount with a 3 year guarantee. I can't overstate what a pleasure it has been to work with everyone connected with this company .

I called yesterday and Dustin showed up sooner than expected to give a free estimate.Dustin is awesome and fixed my plumbing problem without going through major expense or changes to my 60 year old plumbing, in about 15 minutes, problem solved and wouldnt charge me for a house call.I called 2 other services and got the old song and dance about wanting to change out my plumbing lines etc.Dustin is a professional with great communication skills and demeanor.I leave reviews frequently and have given very few 5 star ratings in the last ten years.I would recommend them for any job.It is sometimes hard to find a service these days without having any issues and impeccable skills and one that wont attempt to bill you for work that is not necessary

Prompt and superb service from Mike at 1st Call Plumbing. He has serviced our home twice, and both times he was a pleasure to work with. We are selling our home and he came out on short notice after the buyer's agent's choice sewer service company couldn't identify where the sewer cleanout was. Not only did his serviceman locate the cleanout quickly, but he also offered to hydro jet the pipes at no charge after noticing there was more than average build-up (I was just barely outside my warranty). Kind-hearted and exceptional service. I highly recommend!
