Alex did an outstanding job in not only resolving our issue, but providing me with the information I needed to prevent any further issues. He charged a fair and reasonable price given his apparent level of expertise, and I fully intend to contact him if i have any other plumbing issues!
Oh and he showed up within the time window he gave me!

Alex was great. He was professional, clean, punctual and honest. He came in to do a simple job with a good price but I also asked him about other jobs and he did not push and even told me they were not necessary. He even showed me some things about the house I did not know to keep an eye on. I will be calling him for any future issues.

My sink was so clogged it flooded the whole bathroom overnight. Someone was able to come the same day and check it out! Quote was reasonable and the final charge was the same as the quote. The work was quick and professional - I was, to say the least, super impressed. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need and will for sure be using in the future should any of my own needs arise!! :)

Alex did an outstanding job working on my toilet. He is professional, timely and explained what the issues were before any work was done. I will definitely use him again and recommend him.

What a night! Homeowners nightmare!

Best plumber experience ever!

Could not turn off bathtub faucet. It's almost 9pm and I'm panicking. I call First Aid Plumbing (found it on Yelp).

Alex answered and quickly tried to help us resolve the issue over the phone. Once we discussed it, he decided to head over. Within 15 minutes he was here.

Very professional, explained everything in detail and
any possible issues that could occur.

Alex you got the job done within the hour from initial phone call to exiting the front door!

Thank you once again!

Alex was super professional and fixed my toilet with his hands tied behind his back. Very flexible on times offered and made it very easy. Thanks for the super quick response time and just as fast repair time!

After doing everything I could to fix a clog, I put a service request out on yelp. Alex was the first to respond and answered all of my questions. He was then able to get someone out to my property first thing the next morning and the clog was soon gone. Alex then came out personally later that day, reviewed the work done and ran a camera down the drain to find the problem area. He quoted me on the work and gave me advise on how to work on the issue myself as I like to DIY. Great company and people, fair prices, will recommend to all my friends and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I called Alex after we noticed we had an issue with a leak in our upstairs water heater. He called me 45 minutes before coming, covered the issue in detail and got to work. He did a phenomenal job cleaned up everything and even answered some of other questions we had. Top notch service and DEFINITELY will call him for any further issues we may encounter

Our hot water heater stopped working after we came back from a vacation in late June. We called First Aid Plumbing and Alex came out to the house quickly. He seemed very polite and wore shoe cover in the house. He lit the two pilots and fixed the water heater. But after his work, one of our shower stopped working. He said we need to hire a tile guy to make the tile opening bigger. We finally asked general contractor to come out. The contractor didn't break any tile, as he found out the hot water valve behind the tile opening was somehow turned off by someone. I am happy we didn't need to repair the shower, but couldn't help wondering who turned this valve off. It can be reached only after you took the shower apart. Our house is fairly new and we never worked on this shower before. In addition ,I feel Alex was very polite, but not very problem focused. He charged $40 for the trip fee, and $198 to light the two pilots. He also charged $424 for installing two valves on cold side of the heater, and one temperature valve. When I think back, I don't think it was necessary to add/change those valves.
