First off the plumber arrives and I tell him what I told dispatch. I've spent $250 2x with me plumber on this shower handle, I just want it replaced.

Plumber arrives:

""Oh I don't have time for that on my schedule""

wtf?? I told dispatch everything! Why are you not prepared to do the job??

Then he tells me he wants to replace the cartridge in the delta shower handle. I'm not excited about doing this AGAIN but don't have time to wait another week.

I reluctantly agree and ask him to replace the guts in the toilet while he's at it. He says no problem.

I'm assuming it the entire job (both shower handle and toilet guts) cost $200-300 max. At the end I get a bill for $470.

NOT OK. No one would pay nearly $200 to have the guts replaced in the toilet! If he would have told me he was going to charge me $135 for 1 hour and $60 for parts I would have passed.

This left me horrified and sick. His best response was well when you do have to replace that shower fixture we will have to replace that hot water heater too... we can probably work with you on that!!! WTF??? REALLY DUDE!?

They actually know what they are doing but beware and make sure you come to an agreed upon price prior to doing the work.

Shadey or sloppy not sure which. Not interested in doing business with that company again.

If they wanted to make it right he should have taken his labor off the toilet and just charged for parts. I would be here writting this review.

The work guys DID NOT fix the problem I had with my shower and they TALKED bad stuff about my tenants and my tenants could hear their conversation !!! I would NEVER use them ever again !!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with this company to get the sink pipes repaired. Due to being a healthcare worker some things came up and i missed the appt by an hour. Called the plumper to apologized and he was still in the area so he came back and completed the repair. He told me that it was no problem and not an inconvenience at all. I asked if I would be charged for it and he said no. Now I'm receiving a bill for 120 dollars for a missed appointment. 120 dollars is absolutely unreasonable and for a company that doesn't even display it on their website and provide that information before making the appointment is absolutely ridiculous as well as a complete scam. When you miss a doctors appt they charge around 25 to 30 dollars not some exuberant amount of money. Im absolutely disappointed that this is a family owned company. I would expect this from a corporation.

Johnathon was great. We were doing a bath remodel and he coordinated with our Contractor Birdhouse Tile to make the job seamless. He is so helpful and did an excellent job for us. He even came on a Saturday to complete part of the job so our contractor could continue on Monday with his job and then came to finish installing our fixtures. There was an issue with the faucet I had purchased and Johnathon made calls to help find a solution for us. They are outstanding!

Great service. Quick, well done, and friendly. These guys know what they're doing and they charge Farley. I had a job quote from roto rooters that was literally twice as expensive and including Unnecessary supplies. Firkus did the job for half as much.

I feel like they always listen to what I need done and I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me when I have no idea what's going on.

They're the only plumbers I use.

One star is generous. We went days without hot water until they were able to fix our water heater. When the bill came it was an exorbitant amount. We requested an itemized bill which they never provided. Now a year later the same water heater is going out. Look for another plumber for honestly and reliability!
