Recommended Customer Reviews
I usually do not write negative reviews but I have to on this one. I scheduled service which was a relatively small job, installing two vanities which I had trouble with on my own. Had a great conversation in person with the owner who advised me to contact the office manager. After several attempts, contact was made and an appointment was made. The owner had advised it would be a few weeks out due to being very busy to which I agreed with no problem. I made schedule changes in order to be home on the day of the appointment. When that day arrived, no one showed. I called about an hour after they were supposed to show and got no answer and was only able to leave a message. An hour later I sent an email. That evening I received a reply email from the office manager apologizing and claiming she couldn't remember if the owner had told her to contact me or not to tell me they would not be there because he was so busy. I'm sure they do great service but this lack of communication was inexcusable. I believe it is an issue with the scheduler and the fact that my job was not big enough. Just call and tell me you can't or won't be able to do it. I would've been fine with that.
