I called around 9am on Friday. An appointment was made for 4:15 pm.
They no-showed the 4:15 appt. When I called at 5:30, he said he was stuck in traffic and on the way to my home. He showed up around 6:00. He inspected the leak. I told him that I had another plumber that would repair the leak for $200.00. He told me that he could make the repairs for $210.00 the following Monday. It would be over $400.00, if I wished to have the repairs that night. Appt was made for first thing Monday am. He no-showed. I called at 10:00, and was told that the repairs could not be done for $210, but that the price would more than double because I didn't dig the repair site. I was told that I did not need to dig the site from the first man. Called Midlothian Plumbing and they showed up bright and early the next day. The repair was done promptly for much less than was quoted.

Best Plumbing Service Around

After requesting a quote for service I was contacted by Jesse, the owner, within 5 minutes and given a quote and a time for service. James, one of the technicians came right on time. Actually a few minutes early and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was quickly made and the price was the low end of the quote. Jesse, James, and all of the technicians as far as I know are active duty or retired firefighters and appreciate all they do for the community as well as providing for their families. Excellent service from beginning to end and can't reccomend them enough. Thank you for your service!

We had an awful experience with Firehouse Plumbing. We had drainage issues and needed to have old plumbing taken out and new installed. We were told by Jesse that he would fix the drainage issue and install a cleanout as our house did not have one. Jesse came to our house on a Wednesday by himself but was unable to finish the job. He said he would be back Friday with someone to help him. When Jesse and his help returned on Friday, the guy he brought with him was barely able to communicate with him. Jesse's "help" spit on our laundry room floor, left a nasty, greasy hand print on my daughter's white dresser (they had to pass through their room to gain crawlspace access), and spent quite a bit of time just standing around on his phone. When the work was finished, my husband and I saw the horrible plumbing and damage to our home. They had drilled a huge hole in the side of our house and ran the drainage pipe through it. Then they attempted to fill the hole with insulating foam sealant! We will now have to hire someone to fix the brick on our home along with having the plumbing PROFESSIONALLY done. Upon further inspection, he installed the flange too high, the stops that he installed under our kitchen sink are leaking, and there is NO cleanout to be found. We contacted another plumbing company to come look at the damage and they told us that NOTHING was done correctly. They inquired as to whether or not this "plumber" was licensed. Turns out, HE IS NOT EVEN A LICENSED PLUMBER, just an apprentice. We are very sad that we hired this "company" because now our home is in worse shape than before he came along. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY NOT HIRE FIREHOUSE PLUMBING OR JESSE RIOS TO DO ANY PLUMBING WORK EVER AGAIN.

Just had firehouse come out and replace the rest of the toilets in our home to better suit my in laws. These comfort height toilets are amazing. Easier on an aging back and knees. These guys are so great! Always prompt and professional.

Jesse is really great. He was prompt clean and even swept when he was done. Had water coming from the bottom of the toilet and it was awful. He came in and even left it better than what it was before he came.
