They replaced a water heater for us and I do have hot water now. That's the only thing good about my experience with these people. First off, the lady that answers their phone is as rude as can be. My hot water for about two hours of use had chunks of metal in it. Not rusty sediment in the hot and cold but shiny metal in the hot line only! So much so that the hot water faucet cartridges needed to be cleaned and my washing machine doesn't fill correctly now either. I'm not sure where shiny new metal would come from but I know it's not from my well since it's only on the hot and the cold is clear as can be. I can only assume it's coming from the new heater. Dick's wanted to bill me for another call to come out and look at the work they just did! NO way! I called them back to say I'll have someone else look at their problem since they want to bill me anyway and I'll just send them the bill. I assume they didn't flush out any of the lines. The rube lady that works their phones decided to SHOUT ""That's not how it works!"" and just hung up on me. Now that's really unprofessional! If they want to bill me again to look at their own work... no way! I think I can have anyone I want look at my stuff. The plumber left wire, pipe, and insulation in my utility room and all over front yard. He also left a bunch of cigarette butts right outside my front door in the lawn mulch. Maybe it wouldn't have taken him FIVE hours to replace the heater if he didn't take so many smoke breaks. These people are messy, rude, unprofessional, and don't stand behind their work! All around the WORST plumbing people I have ever used. Stay away at all cost!

Very disappointed!! I was told that my service was going to be about $100 and the bill came back almost double that!! Not only that, but they didn't even get the job done the first time and I had to call back within the week because I was having the same problem. When I called to see what they could do about my bill, the lady was completely unwilling to work with me at all. I will NOT be using them again in the future!
