It's better late than never, in January of this year we had an issue where the cast iron pipes under our house had cracked and deteriorated so that the water had backed up and leaked onto our bathroom floor. Finn-Tastic Plumbing was very responsive and worked with us on the best way to replace the pipes in the most cost effective & efficient way possible. Wesley made sure that we were kept informed of any issues that came up once the work was started and the options available for any problem that came up when working with an older house. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed some plumbing work done and a friend suggested them. I called and they were extremely responsive and were will to do same day service. They came out and were quick with my plumbing needs. In and out in an hour and left the place cleaner than when they got here. Definitely will call them again!

My husband and I want to just how pleased we are with Finn-Tastic plumbing. I called a 1 pm and was given an arrival time of 3 pm. to my surprise they were early !!!! Don't see much of that now days for sure. I talked with the technician and kinda explained our problem and fears that he might have to go under the house (were on pier and beam). He assured me he would check things our thoroughly before he just started crawling around the house and he did. He located the leak where the water line goes under the house. What a blessing for him and our wallet for sure.
Within 2 hours from his arrival our water was back on and we were happy campers.
As a rule I do not give 5-star rating but this time it is well deserved. I will recommend Finn-Tastic Plumbing to family and friends.

Let me begin by saying that I am very skeptical and very critical when it comes to using a company to do ANY work around or in my home. Additionally, If I go as far as giving a company a 5-star rating they have absolutely earned my trust AND my money.
I had to have an old concrete sewer line replaced. It was a complex job because there isn't a way to access my sewer line with heavy equipment, so all the digging had to be done by hand! I researched four top-rated plumbing companies that specialized in repairing/replacing sewer lines. I am so glad I chose Finn-tastic plumbing. From beginning to end, this company was exceptional. They were very professional, courteous, punctual, honest, and reasonable. I appreciate the time Lee took in explaining the repairs that they would be doing. The owner, DJ, came out to ensure the job was completed to his satisfaction. The entire crew who worked on my project (Lee, Damon, Brenner, and Mark) was FINN- TASTIC!

Had an 8am appointment with this company and they didnt show up. I called them to see what was going on, but they didnt answer my call. A guy named Lee called me 4 hours later to tell me he had an emergency. Should of called earlier. Really bad experience with these guys. Do not hire them for your plumbing needs!

This company came within an hour of calling for help. They scheduled me for the next day. They were able to put all new plumbing in the entire house in a just a few hours. The plumbers were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I just wanted to say how thoroughly pleased I was with the work done by Finn-Tastic Plumbing. I needed two 50 gal water heaters & Flood-Stops installed in my attic, and was a bit concerned about about what it meant.

After procuring quotes from four different (highly rated plumbers), I moved forward with Finn-Tastic plumbing, and I'm so glad I did.

Not impugning the work that might have been done by the others, it just seemed Finn-Tastic truly cared about the whole process...from the initial appointment for a quote, to when they left after installation. Every step of the way, they were meticulous, thorough, and answered any and all questions.

I watched the two plumbers (Robert and Brynner) as they were working (I always appreciate craftsmen/tradesmen working in their field of expertise), and it was impressive how even though these water heaters were going in the attic, the time they took to make sure everything was neat and perfect.

Throughout the installation process, the owner came out several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and I was satisfied. Honestly, they're just good people who care about the service they provide their customers...and that's why I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
