I had a drain backing up in my garage. Instead of snaking out the clean out pipe he added a new clean out behind the washer and snaked that one pipe and charged me $318. I asked if he didn't fix the problem if he come back out and fix it for no charge if it's the same problem. That was two days ago and today we had the same problem and then at this point he did come and clean out the clean out pipes there were two of them and he was able to finally pushes 100ft snake down which he needed a longer snake that he didn't have. He charged me another $280. And now I'm being told that I need someone to come out and add another clean out for the main drain going out to the sewer. I'm worried that the clog got pushed out a hundred feet and now my main house is going to have a drainage problem.
