My 94 year old mother hired them twice at a cost of $5000 dollars and they have never completed the job and left her attic a total mess which was only just discovered this week. My mother has called them multiple times and they promise to come out and never show. I called them because my mother was so upset and they have not bothered to return the call. Do not use them and find someone who can keep their word and do a complete and decent job. I guess they figured my mother would never see the mess they left in the attic and the fact that they didn't even bother to put the insulation around the pipes.

UPDATE:

my mother's pipes froze during the first cold spell this fall and she had to pay someone else an additional $2000 to insulate them. This was after she asked them about putting insulation around the pipes and they said it wasn't necessary.

Came to fix a leaky pipe, then discovered shutoff valve needed to be replaced. This required them to coordinate with WSSC, at which point they just dropped the ball. Kept calling, and they just strung me along doing nothing. Don't count on reliable service.

By far one of the rudest office managers that you will EVER deal with!!! There was no correspondence, the work was done slow and I have never been spoke to in such a manner the way that Debbie, the office manager did with me. She has no people skills and does not care about the customer at all!! I wouldn't even give them one star , that's how poorly I think of them

Theses guy came in and like lightning fixed 10 faucets, two showers, and found the source of a very foul smell coming from the basement. It is a family owned business with family values that is fair, reasonable, and most important honest! I absolute recommend this business!!!
