I highly recommend working with Chris. He's very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and helpful given complex situations. My tankless water heater stopped working, and I was on a tight timeline to get it up and running. I called a number of places that couldn't come out for a few weeks. Lucky for me, Chris had a cancellation when I called and he squeezed me into his schedule to be able to come out the same day to troubleshoot the issue. He figured out the electrical blew out the main board. He quickly found the same model from one of his suppliers and picked it up at 6 am the next morning to come and install it early morning to have it ready in time. He even made sure other electrical was installed correctly so that I didn't have any issues with any other appliances. He really saved me in this situation. He will be the first person I call next time. His prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality service he provides.

I have to share another review for Chris at Finite Plumbing. Today I had a new refrigerator delivered and the guys tore out a water faucet when driving out. Water was spewing everywhere and we couldn't find the water shut off. I took a risk calling Chris unexpectedly and he answered!!! He had me put the call on FaceTime, via camera showed me how to shut off the well and agreed to come out and fix it later. He got to me before end of day and fixed it. Now that's real service!! Chris saved the day for us!!

The shower in our only bathroom in a 1940s house was leaking. My husband was able to get it to stop but the whole valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. Chris was quick to respond and sent an accurate quote. Since it wasn't an emergency we scheduled him to come out a couple days later. He was on time and got right to work. The job included cutting the tile which he cleaned up and got the dust as well. He also quoted us a fair price for other plumbing work and was patient with all of our questions. He will be the only plumber we use from now on!
