I was introduced to Finish Line from my home warranty company, which has a tendency to assign ""challenging"" companies for various needs in our home. Finish Line has been by far the most responsive, professional and thorough companies we've been able to work with. We request Finish Line for every plumbing related claim we have.

Brad and Alan are a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable and do great work. I've had them replace a sump pump, hose bib, garbage disposal and have even had them work on issues outside of warranty claims because I know they will always work to be available in a reasonable amount of time, and the job will be done right. I had a weekend request today and my home is 45 min away, and Alan was there within two hours of me making the call. As usual, very professional, patient, knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely wants to help. I will continue to use Finish Line and would recommend their services.

Started off strong. They called me back immediately and were able to fit me in right away. The gentlemen were both very nice and professional when they got here.

The job entailed replacing the facets on both our pedestal bathroom sink and clawfoot tub. I explained to him that the tub was leaking and I was happy he could get to me so fast.

It took him 4 1/2 hours (plus another man) to replace the facet in the sink and then he told me he had to come back for the tub. I was frustrated that he started with the sink when I clearly had told him the tub was the priority. Then he told me the cost to fix the sink. It was more than I had budgeted for the whole job. When I asked how much the tub was going to cost, he told me it would take a least 5 hours. The total job of replacing two facets would cost me $1000! Are you kidding me?!?!

I would not recommend Finish Line Plumbing, nor will I ever be using them again.

Great service received today.. I called them this morning and they showed up on time the same day. Very professional on the plumbing repairs and friendly staff. Although simple (just replacing some faulty shut-off valves), Jim with Finish Line was able to inspect all of my plumbing lines under my sink, and did the job within just a few minutes under the phone-quoted price. Very satisfied customer here...

Great plumber. He's done multiple projects for my family and always fairly priced, and very responsive. I'd highly recommend his services. He just replaced our hot water heater, frozen outdoor faucet and several other nuisances for us.

We have used Finish Line Plumbing twice now.. They replaced our water pressure tank a couple years ago and recently a whole house water filtering service for our horrible well water. Brad has always been very professional, efficient, and responds promptly. I highly recommend Finish Line. Their prices are fair and competitive. We are happy to have found a trustworthy dependable plumber!

Finish Line falsely reported information to my Home Warranty company.
Company was referred by my Home Warranty service. The technician who came to our home was excellent (Jim). He came out and discovered that the backup was probably occurring from a drain under our carpet. He agreed that he would return to our home under the same deductible to check the drain when the carpet was pulled back. He left and we were able to locate the drain under the carpet. When we called to schedule a follow up to the initial service call the manager Brad indicated that it would be an additional charge. After reviewing the recommendations/notes from the initial service call and conferring with our warranty company, it was clear that the company should have returned w/o charge. We called again and Brad (Manager) rudely indicated that the service claim was closed and that we would have to pay another deductible if they were to come back out. I read back the reason that was listed by their serviceman (carpet covering drain) and indicated that this was inconsistent with what he reported to HMS. Again I stated he falsified information to HMS indicating that the drain was blocked by concrete. He refused to comment on the information he submitted. He was extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and rude; and he did not honor the agreement under the deductible that was clearly covered by our deductible, reflected by the service ticket completed by Jim, and explained by our warranty company.

I am putting this review up because I just spoke with Mr. Brad(literally talked to him about 1/2 hr ago)and he is the absolute worst service person I have dealt with in a couple of years. His company replaced and installed our water heater on 8/13/2015. Within 2 months there was no hot water, only cold. Mr. Brad was called multiple times by my husband and our landlord and never came back, refused to back up his work, and said it wasn't his problem. A different company came and said that a faulty part was the problem. Now the temperature pressure valve is spewing hot water all over our garage floor and when I just called finish line and spoke to Mr. Brad he told me the hot water heater is no longer his problem. Then when I asked to speak to his supervisor(I did not believe he was the owner) he told me if I ""wanted to talk to his supervisor I'd have to talk to Jesus"". So I immediately asked him for his full name so I would know who to put on blast, so I'm blasting. We also had a loudoun county inspector come out last week because the pilot light keeps going out and the landlord hasn't been able to get ahold of finish line to come look at it. The inspector said he was going to be calling the company because there was no permit sticker or reinspection sticker on the hot water heater. Did you know that a permit in the state of VA has to be obtained before installation of a new hot water heater? neither did i...and then an inspection re-done by a loudoun county inspector, since we live in loudoun county...these two things were not done. I highly recommend no one use this company and if you do decide to, before you do, get in hand proof of the company and Mr. Brad being licensed and having in writing that he backs up his work and provides at least a year warranty on all products or parts he provides. Something tells me that all of you who gave this guy a good review are gonna have something break or go wrong soon and Mr. Brad will leave you high and dry.

We recently had 5 visits from Finish Line Plumbing to fix our hot water heater. After 5 times it still went off and on. Since this was a Home Warranty, the Home Warranty company , Cross Country, would not fix the issue. We had to pay for and get an independent Plumbing company who found that the ignitor that Finish Line put in was placed incorrectly, and that the board on the heater should have been replaced.

We found Finish Line by looking for reputable plumbers on Yelp. Our situation was somewhat unique and we had two other quotes done to compare costs. Brad was very professional, confident and cost effective. He and his crew were able to re-route the sewer line of our home through a new area in the foundation in just a little over a day's time. We were very pleased that he was able to have the water back on and we were able to stay the night in our home on the same day he started the job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work!

Pipe froze and cracked. I found a very reputable company on Yelp initially to come and repair during off hours. They came out and checked out the problem but did not fix the problem because of the late hour but still had to pay for the visit. also gave me an estimate for the fix and I thought it was obscene for what it was. I got in contact with Finish Line via home advisor website. They came out quickly and repaired the pipe for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely call them again for plumbing problems.
