If you are looking for quality work from a top notch company, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company did a horrible job 6 weeks ago and I had to have a different company come yesterday and completely pump out the cesspool that they never did, which was evident in the fact that the tank was completely full 6 weeks after ""they pumped it out"". Rather than own up to their horrible job, they tried to think of every excuse rather than take ownership of their horrible performance.

If I take my car to mechanic to fix a problem, and the same exact problem exists after they ""fixed"" it, you better believe they would remedy their horrible performance or at least a quality company would. The again you don't obviously operate a quality company as evident by your horrible performance and horrible customer service yesterday.

WOW!!!! What a top notch company. I called on Tuesday needing someone to come and pump out my cesspool as soon as possible. Not only were they ready to come to my home ASAP, they also took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and how much it would be. I ask them to come the following day and they texted me to let me know what time he would be there and showed up exactly as planned. Pete was amazing and I highly recommend Finest Cesspool and anyone looking for an honest/reliable company.

These guys are top notch. And I'll tell you why.
I was buying a home. The previous owner never serviced their cesspools during the entire period they lived there nor knew the locations. The owner at my request to locate and service them used a local company. The entire day they could not locate the cesspools.
Finest cesspools to the rescue. Came in with new top notch modern equipment and located 4 cesspools right away. They were all full. Serviced them all. Great men and team. Great experience and I got to compare them to the company before them. Night and day. 5 stars and will use again. Thank you fellas.
