Last minute, middle of the night... wife and newborn were set to come home the next day and our bathroom sink kept on overflowing. Responded right away, came 30mins earlier than quoted, super nice, careful around our place, and left no mess. I literally had to push Mike out the door as he offered to clean more... and this was at nearly 2 in the morning. Excellent service, great results... super thankful to find Finefix.

Can't get them to get back. I'm an office manager and had them come by to look at one of our toilets. It needed a pry so they said they would get back to me. I've had to call them threee times on separate days and each time they said they would call me back. I still haven't received help and am now moving on to another company. Bad customer service.

I had an issue with my hallway floor heating up and could not figure out the cause and the possible fix. Mike was referred to me as a experienced and professional plumber. When I explained the situation over the phone, he was able to identify the issue as a hot water leak. Given the urgency of the issue, Mike made himself available with 24 hours and was able to pinpoint exact area of the leak via modern diagnostic tool. With minimal damage to my flooring, he fixed the leak and did a very clean job. Mike is a rare plumber who is reliable and does not overcharge. I highly recommend Mike for his unmatched services!

Very nice and professional, came the same day my water heater broke. Took the time to look up the warranty information and got me the part under warranty rather than me paying for it. Didn't end up needing to replace the part in the end but they will definitely be my first call for plumbing issues going forward.
