All they want to do is charge hundreds of dollars and donot fix the problem at all. I will not recomend them at all if you want to save money.

Rip off. Called them a week ago because my main sewer line was clogged. They ran the machine through the front and back of my house and charged me for it. Wouldn't guarantee anything. Now I know why. Even tipped The guys. Scammers. Do not use. Now I have to pay someone else to do what they should have originally done.

I won't call this company anymore. They list the price as $45.99. But they wanted to charge me $120 for basement laundry sink sewer cleaning. When I talked them on the phone my overall feeling to this company is dishonest and not good customer services oriented.

I, unfortunately, do not have the distinct honor of saying that I was able to enjoy their services. For two days our kitchen sinks were not draining and as true NYer's, we thought it would go away in time. As the problem increased, so did our need for an expert. In an attempt to fix an already increasing issue, my parents made an appointment for service between 11am-2pm. 11am came and went , 12pm came and went , 1, 2 and so on. Finally around 2:20pm, we decided to reach out being that NO courtesy call was made. The receptionist's demeanor , attitude and tone was astounding. Her response to us was the serviceman is running late and to wait until 4pm; F O U R from an 11am original time? She had ABSOLUTELY ZERO EMPATHY for our situation, was extremely rude and expressed that if we did not want to wait to just go somewhere else. Is that how you treat your customers? Is that your level of customer service?; i think not. Congratulations, you've lost clientele.

I have never written a yelp review before however, I'm in my place in Florida with a need for a plumber for a clogged shower drain and came to yelp to find someone local as this area is new to me. I've used Final Cleaning a few months back on 2 different occasions for one of my rentals in the Queens, NY area. So I look them up here to get their ph.# to see if they can possibly recommend someone for me to use down here. I see the 2 reviews here and make me think these people must have had a bad day or something because my experience with Final Cleaning left me nothing but satisfied!

For starters the receptionist that I spoke with was not only prompt and courteous but she was also very knowledgeable about my problem. The plumber, arrived promptly at the apartment for both visits and fixed our shower, dishwasher and most recently a leaking sink. They are extremely professional and clearly explained what he was doing and exactly what happened to cause the issues. I cannot write enough positive comments about the service that was provided. They are economical, timely, thorough and reliable. I highly recommend!

I only wish they had a place here in Florida now and in PA as well for when I have the need for a plumber!

This service is a rip-off. I called them due to an emergency. They billed me over $1,000 after a clogged sewer cause my basement to flood. Six weeks later, the problem happened again. I called another company that honestly told me that my pipes were not the problem---I had to call the city to clean the outside city sewer at no charge!

Anyway, after calling around, I saw that they were way overpriced for the service they provided and besides they never really fixed the problem.

STAY AWAY...I would not recommend this service at all.

I called this company in an emergency. I did not know the price and a friend of one of the company owners recommended this firm. Turns out that they are thieves 1) I was overcharged by $2000 - I called Roto rooter their estimate was ($2000 less that n what I paid 2) He pulled up 2 hrs earlier than the appointed time and filled up a huge tank of over 1000gals of water. Unfortuneately when we discovered it it was to late. No one should use this company. I give it zero stars. I could not give zero stars; the review wouldn't go through until I gave at least one star. They are thieves. My water bill was Over $1000 (usually a little over $100 because of his filling up the over 1000 gal tank. Do not use this company!!!

they never show up! just be good my there is change! receptionist very rude and unprofessional, we made appointment a week before twice! I would not recommend
they claim to be cheap but service is terrible is not worth few pennies less !
