I spoke to Carlos to get a quote to replace my RO system. It was an older system, installed back in 2006, but he was not the one who installed it. He suggested filters from Amazon that I can purchase and even offered to provide some guidance when I eventually install. I ordered the items today and hoping that it would all work out. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. I noticed another review that has a similar comment with the same situation I'm in. Highly recommended, was very accommodating to respond to my questions.

Several months back I reached out to Carlos regarding a softener. I had spoken to maybe 6 or 7 different companies. Most were very expensive. Carlos was able to offer me a very system (softener, chlorine filter, RO) system at a very good price. It wasn't fancy or stainless steel but did exactly what I wanted it to do. We received 5+ quotes for a water softener & reverse osmosis system and went with Fina after our initial discussion with Carlos via FaceTime. Pricing was very reasonable and he was very straightforward. We ended up needing to push back our install multiple times and Carlos was so responsive. I texted him at all hours (sorry!!) and he was patient in answering all my questions. Install was quick and efficient. His crew was very informative and respectful.

I called him to service my alkaline water system. Since he didn't install my system, he suggested buying my own filters for cheap and do it myself. He sent me links to Amazon for filter parts. I chose Fina Water systems because of the reviews and I am happy to add mine now! Carlos was able to give me a quote over the phone via FaceTime and his workers were reliable and efficient. Carlos not only installed a water purification system, but also was able to connect me with Karla and her awesome team to replace my old galvanized pipes. The next day we realized our washer was not connected to the water so Karla and her partner came first thing in the morning and were able to fix it within a few minutes. Happy customer!

Carlos has serviced my water needs on 2 separate occasions and I'm very satisfied. I was in the market for a new water softener system, which I was able to buy directly from them in addition to installation at a very competitive price. They also removed my old water softener system for me.

Carlos' team also mentioned they provided tankless water heater maintenance, which I took advantage of a week later.

Requested a quote on Yelp, and talked to Carlos right away. Carlos gave me a quote which I thought it was too good to be true. I face timed Carlos to show him my garage, and he told me it's going to be the same price as he quoted. I scheduled an appointment with him. Couple youngsters showed up on time and ready to install. At first I was a bit worried because I thought Carlos will be installing, but man, was I wrong. The youngsters were fast and polite, most importantly, I can tell the piping was done flawlessly. The next day I recommend my brother to get the same set up at his house. Highly recommended!
