Tony was amazing! He came when he said they would and provided great recommendations. We did a complete HVAC replacement. Their pricing was very comparable (even less than other companies), and their responsiveness was what cinched it for us. Nick came to do the install with a couple of their other techs. Talk about A+ service. Each and every one of the techs we interacted with were super. They were all very respectful of our home, even though it was bare and down to studs. We contacted them to do a repair at another home we own and again----AMAZING service. Tony came out right away to assess the needs, and Nick was there the very next day to do the work. We would not hesitate to recommend their service!

Such a fair, honest, and transparent company. You can tell there are no incentives for the employees or the owner to lie or stretch the truth, unlike many other plumbing and heating companies we have tried in the area. We have used them twice, with heating and plumbing, and would give them 10 stars on both services. There is no reason for us to look for another company, we are extremely satisfied with the superb customer service, quick service times, fair prices, and the quality.

We had an emergency and It was fixed with zero issues. I was very happy with the plumber who came out who was knowledgeable and wasted no time correcting the problem and answering our questions. You won't go wrong calling these guys!

Great response and super polite and professional. They were out same day (holiday weekend) and fixed not just my reported issue but went above and beyond to make sure the full system worked as best as possible. The tech was super polite, treated me, my family and my house with utmost respect, covering and uncovering his feet dozens of times as he made trips out to his work truck. Fully explained all he was doing. I did have to pay a hefty premium for emergency service, but their service was unimpeachable.

I give this company a 0. Please if you consider using them you get in writing upfront, that all tools they need for the job are written and listed in the contract. When the job was almost completed I was charged an additional $600.00 for a tool they needed. I explained I was not informed that I am responsible for his equipment. He then said ""lets split it. I said no as I felt he is responsible for his tools and equipment. He then went to collection for the money. I had paid him $17,500.00 for the job. He threatened to ruin my credit. AI now have my attorney involved. The owner is very unprofessional and I would never recommend him for any work. Beware

I can't recommend Filan & Conner highly enough! We were in a dire situation, trying to make settlement on a tight schedule. F&C were so accommodating. Got us scheduled right away and were able to do repairs and inspection within 24hrs. Pricing was fair and they were very clear on what needed to be done and why. Tyler was great, he will be my first call whenever I have a plumbing or hvac problem.
