Recently had a minor emergency (no cold water in kitch or bath). I called 4 plumbers he was one of 2 that actually called back. He came out within 20 minutes and fixed the problem(replaced bad valve). Very reasonable, fast and honest. he could have charged me double and I would have thought it was fine. (Hope you don't read this Mr.Fihlman!).
