He's done work for my elderly mother, and he never tries to gouge her on the price or over sell anything that needs to be done. Even though you have to pay for a plumber, he makes it seem like an almost pleasant experience. Great company.

Make sure you get your estimate in writing from Daniel. Don't trust his words. I learned it the hard way.

I trusted him -- scope of work and the price. Because it was an older house he wasn't sure how much it would cost upfront and said he will charge me reasonably by the hour. And gave me a rough estimate.

When he showed up at my door he said his wife asked him to increase the rate!

He said he wants THREE times the original estimate. Right before starting the job at the doorstep. He didn't even give me a couple of days notice.

I was upset and angry with him. And still am. I had already said no to a couple of other plumbers and was waiting to get the plumbing done so the the rest of my crew could continue.

Don't trust his words. Get the scope and price from him in writing. He will bully around and change things at the last moment and screw you over.

Daniel and his company are great very fair price and they stand behind there work. I had a main water line leak and that was repaired the same day I called. then had a small new leak about a month later and he repaired 'within one hour' for free. he said it was one of the couplers that was a bad product. It is nice to see a company that knows what costumer service means Thanks again Figs Plumbing.

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

He recommended what kind of toilet to purchase without breaking the bank. He was professional and far exceeded our expectations.
