Fig's Plumbing is a great find. Daniel, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable, before he started the work and then came in under budget by finding a less expensive solution to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

Absolutely outstanding customer service, responsiveness, timeliness, and (the most important) competence! I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried ""everything"" we typically do to open it up. Did not work.

In our neighborhood, just down the street, we have noticed the Fig's Plumbing truck in the driveway of one of the homes though we'd never met the residents. I looked the business up and read rave reviews. I called and was treated so professionally. The owner, Daniel, was able to come out that evening at a very modest rate of $79. He and Johnny were working tirelessly to not only open a drain access that would not open (they had to saw it off) but they just kept at it till it was really cleared out. It just felt like they were invested in the outcome which I really appreciated. They cared and it showed. Also they were both just so friendly and engaged. Really impressed. HIGHLY recommend Fig's!

Daniel is the man. Figs plumbing came out on the weekend and helped me fix some stuff at my in laws that were very old. Family owned business, professional, his motto is to do everything as if he was doing it for himself. I highly recommend him.

This company is top notch. They show up when they are supposed to, suited and booted! They are all sober individuals and arrive as a group (at least for me it has been 3 to 4 people at a time). Daniel is a great person. He is honest and doesn't mess around when it comes to doing what needs to be done. I will always call Fig's, because my first impression paid off. They have been out three times and each time, same impression. I would not use anyone else for plumbing.

Had a freak leak in our front yard, came out even earlier than estimated, capped off the problem and returned the next day with the part needed to complete the job. A+!!! They kept in communication with us via phone and text, which was convenient.
Daniel and his great crew took care of the fix, and at a very reasonable price that didn't break our budget. They even added fresh insulation. The work was neat, clean, professional. Thank you thank you. I highly recommend. Wonderful. They are on my permanent list.

I came home yesterday evening to find our downstairs bathroom and adjoining laundry room flooded. I traced the flooding to our downstairs bath shower drain which was overflowing with water even though that shower hadn't been used in months, and no one had been home to use the toilets or run water in the sinks all day. After mopping up all of the water on the floors. I tried, unsuccessfully, to clear the clogged shower drain with Drano and plungers. I realized I need a professional, but I did not know who to hire. So I went online in search of a plumber in the Carmichael area. Based on some very positive reviews on Yelp, I contact Fig Plumbing. It was after their normal hours, and not an emergency so I agreed to have someone come out the next morning. Daniel, the owner, showed up around 8:30am the following morning and soon discovered that the problem was either a broken pipe or a serious clog. Either way, the problem presented a set of unique challenges due to the fact that our split-level house was built partly below ground so that the downstairs (and the sewer pipes that exit our house run below the main sewer line at the street), and the fact that we had no outside sewer ""cleanout"" near the house - only the one near the street. With some creative thinking and hard work, Daniel and his assistant, John, eventually cleared the blockage and got the drains operating better than ever. I am thankful that I contacted Daniel. He was extremely professional and his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the area who need a highly competent plumber. Thanks Daniel, you are the only plumber I will call next time I need one!

Had a crazy plumbing emergency last night. The owner came out himself to help and was the first one to get back to me. I called several companies and his was the friendliest and most helpful on the phone. The owner came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly after hours. Appreciated the help so much and would recommend this company to anyone with emergency and/or after-hours plumbing needs.
