We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

We needed a new toilet installed last minute. Danny and his team arrived early in the week to give a diagnostic and placed us on the schedule the same week! He recommended what kind of toilet to purchase without breaking the bank. He was professional and far exceeded our expectations. Fig's Plumbing is a great find. Daniel, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable, before he started the work and then came in under budget by finding a less expensive solution to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

Absolutely outstanding customer service, responsiveness, timeliness, and (the most important) competence! I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried ""everything"" we typically do to open it up. Did not work.

In our neighborhood, just down the street, we have noticed the Fig's Plumbing truck in the driveway of one of the homes though we'd never met the residents. I looked the business up and read rave reviews. I called and was treated so professionally. The owner, Daniel, was able to come out that evening at a very modest rate of $79. He and Johnny were working tirelessly to not only open a drain access that would not open (they had to saw it off) but they just kept at it till it was really cleared out. It just felt like they were invested in the outcome which I really appreciated. They cared and it showed. Also they were both just so friendly and engaged. Really impressed. HIGHLY recommend Fig's!

Daniel is the man. Figs plumbing came out on the weekend and helped me fix some stuff at my in laws that were very old. Family owned business, professional, his motto is to do everything as if he was doing it for himself. I highly recommend him.
