Had a freak leak in our front yard, came out even earlier than estimated, capped off the problem and returned the next day with the part needed to complete the job. A+!!! They kept in communication with us via phone and text, which was convenient.
Daniel and his great crew took care of the fix, and at a very reasonable price that didn't break our budget. They even added fresh insulation. The work was neat, clean, professional. Thank you thank you. I highly recommend. Wonderful. They are on my permanent list.

I came home yesterday evening to find our downstairs bathroom and adjoining laundry room flooded. I traced the flooding to our downstairs bath shower drain which was overflowing with water even though that shower hadn't been used in months, and no one had been home to use the toilets or run water in the sinks all day. After mopping up all of the water on the floors. I tried, unsuccessfully, to clear the clogged shower drain with Drano and plungers. I realized I need a professional, but I did not know who to hire. So I went online in search of a plumber in the Carmichael area. Based on some very positive reviews on Yelp, I contact Fig Plumbing. It was after their normal hours, and not an emergency so I agreed to have someone come out the next morning. Daniel, the owner, showed up around 8:30am the following morning and soon discovered that the problem was either a broken pipe or a serious clog. Either way, the problem presented a set of unique challenges due to the fact that our split-level house was built partly below ground so that the downstairs (and the sewer pipes that exit our house run below the main sewer line at the street), and the fact that we had no outside sewer ""cleanout"" near the house - only the one near the street. With some creative thinking and hard work, Daniel and his assistant, John, eventually cleared the blockage and got the drains operating better than ever. I am thankful that I contacted Daniel. He was extremely professional and his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the area who need a highly competent plumber. Thanks Daniel, you are the only plumber I will call next time I need one!

Had a crazy plumbing emergency last night. The owner came out himself to help and was the first one to get back to me. I called several companies and his was the friendliest and most helpful on the phone. The owner came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly after hours. Daniel at FIG plumbing is the absolute best! I live in an old home in Carmichael with galvanized pipes. Every 4 or 5 months my hot water pressure dwindles down to nothing. I have been using a competitor for 5 years and paying too much money to have then come fix it but never take the time to show me what needed to be done. On a whim, I figured let's look for someone new. Thank goodness I found Fig Plumbing
They were the only company that answered the phone, came out the next morning, gave me an estimate, showed me how to fix the issue myself in the future and then tried to charge me less since the problem was so easy! Based on that one experience, I called Daniel back and asked him to replace a broken gas line to my in law unit. Daniel and his crew were timely, courteous, honest and most of all respectful. Daniel went above and beyond with the job as well as the clean up (I have 2 small kids).

Thank you, your company did a repair for free for a church. The estimated cost was $10,000, which was so over priced. I still cannot believe companies try to over charge a CHURCH!!!!!, shame on you. I personally don't need any plumbing jobs for myself but If I do I'll be calling them. We as people need to stand up for small businesses because the high corporations are out of control and help small businesses start their business because they are about customers not profit
