I had broken shutoff valve to my irrigation system, a leaking hose bib I couldn't take apart to repair, an old style shutoff for the house, and a 30-year-old regulator. Fierce Plumbing gave me the lowest estimate for a complete rebuild and did a fine job on all items. See pics.

He was fairly priced and went above and beyond what we had called him for. He identified the layout of our sewer line, as we had recently purchased the home. They were professional, friendly and not price gauging like other plumbers who want to charge a fee for every little thing.
