I had hired Lynden for several plumbing repairs but when I asked him for a quote to replace a water softener system he dropped off the face of the Earth. Not only did he not provide me the quote when he said he was going to, trying to follow up with him was impossible. He never answered his phone or responded to texts or voicemails. This was not characteristic of him so I was genuinely concerned about him. It got to the point where I thought maybe he had died or fallen into a coma so I left a voicemail in case anyone was receiving them on his behalf to please let me know if he was okay. Still nothing. Come to find out he's obviously fine because he's still posting on the internet. Forget the fact that he was not responding to a customer...what kind of human being doesn't even respond to someone's concern for their well-being?? Literally no excuse. I gave him a last chance to explain himself before posting reviews but he still did not take that opportunity so here is the flat out truth. Over 1 month and still no water softener quote, just completely ghosted. So just be aware that he may disappear off the face of the Earth at any moment with you too...

Lynden was awesome to work with. I needed a new toliet install as well as a faucet replacement. He was communicative throughout the whole process. He offered educational tips on other plumbing areas. Plumbing job was quality work at a very fair price. I appreciated everything. Takes zelle for those who never carry cash! Had a dog walking around and he had no problem with that.
