When my hot water stopped working recently and my landlord was out of town, he asked me to call someone I trusted. I called Field Plumbing, because my parents and other family members have been using them for decades.
Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional, including the tech, Bob, who came to my apartment and took care of the water heater right away.
When I talked to my landlord later, he was also pleased with the service we recieved, the price, and how easy he found it to call in with his payment. He said he called them back the next week to do some preventative maintenance on the water heaters and furnaces in the other two apartments in my building.
Good experience all around. :)
