We have had them out twice, drain clogged, and sink clog. Old pipes, happens every 3 years.

I made the mistake of using another company recently. Huge mistake, hack job.

Stick with great work, and reliability. I just wish he called back

We are so glad we were referred to Gary by our next door neighbor. We had old leaky pipes under the house and we were really anxious about the extent of the damage and how much it would cost to repair it. One plumber came out, barely peered into the crawl space and told us it was sewage and we'd need to hire a restoration company to clean it out before they would be able to tell us anything. Thank goodness we got a second opinion!

Gary actually went into the crawl space, discovered it was NOT a sewage leak at all and gave a very reasonable quote to completely replace the old pipes. He worked tirelessly under our house for hours and had the whole problem solved within a day.

We cannot speak highly enough of Gary and will be using his services for any and all of our plumbing needs!

Gary did a wonderful job. We had gas lines moved out of a closet to make a pantry. It wasn't an easy job but he did a great job. He was polite, cleaned up after the job was completed, and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Great first experience with Field Family Plumbing. We will definitely use them again in the future. Gary took a couple of days to get back to me, but it was worth the short wait. It also wasn't an emergency, which I alluded to in my message. He was prompt on arriving at the early end of our appointment window, used shoe booties and mask, was clean, polite and replaced the wax ring on our toilet quickly and for a reasonable price. He also inspected a couple of other things that we might have him replace in the future.

Before calling Field's, I watched a You Tube video and thought ""hey we might just be able to fix this ourselves."" Wisely, my better half reminded me of our first (and last) toilet DIY that went horribly wrong and ended up costing a LOT more than we would have spent had we just called a professional in the first place. No worries- Nextdoor and Yelp to the rescue! Thank you to all who wrote reviews, and a huge thank you to Gary!

Gary is the best. He answered promptly when I called and was available within an hour, but that didn't work. Scheduled for 2 days later and he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. He got to the house, I showed him what we needed done and he got right to work. He replaced our kitchen faucet, he even checked the garbage disposal and found a bottle cap in the disposal. We couldn't get our hose off the pipe in the backyard and Gary was easily able to get it unscrewed from the pipe. He replaced some missing handles on the outside main water shut off . He fixed our wobbly bathroom faucet and replaced some missing pieces. And he also recaulked our other bathroom toilet. He worked very quickly and kept me informed of all of the coats of things as he was doing it, which was very nice. Super happy with his work and will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs.

We had a few different plumbing repairs to be completed and called Gary Field for an appointment. He was very prompt to return my call and an appointment was made. Although he was running behind from another job, he called and gave me a an estimate of when he might be arriving and followed up with a text. we have used Gary previously and I recommend him highly.

The garbage disposal in my newly bought home was so rusted it was practically glued to the sink. My brother kindly offered to come over to replace the garbage disposal..something which should have been a quick replace based on the YouTube instructions. After 5 hours of trying to remove the old disposal, we gave up.

I found Field Family Plumbing via NextDoor and I can happily say I was not disappointed. I called, left a message and received a call back from Gary within a day. We set an appointment for him to come and I warned him about the issue. He had to use a power saw and something that should have taken no more than 30 minutes took him just over an hour. Gary was so patient and took the time to explain to me what happened. In spite of the issues, he never upped the charge on his estimate. I will be using the company for some upcoming work on my water heater and toilet.

If you want a meticulous, competent company that has reasonable pricing and a moral compass, Field Family Plumbing is the way to go!

Unfortunately I had the same experience as Peggy V. Contacted field family plumbing based on a recommendation from nextdoor app. Communicated via text with someone (I believe it was Gary) but then he sort of just disappeared. Sent several messages to follow up over the course of several months and received no response. Very odd. Especially given the seemingly strong reviews. Anyway, we had to move on and hire someone else to fix our problem.

I had a bad experience with my plumber from my home warranty who looked at my clogged pipe as an issue and instead of trying to give me options he threw up his hands and told me to call back when I figured out where my clear-out drain was. Well come to find out my house built in 1958 didn't include one. I called Gary & he came out the same day I needed him. He offered me the option of pulling my toilet off and snaking through the main pipe. Then he put my toilet back & sealed it like new within 45 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, fair and respectful. I really appreciated his efficiency and his great attitude of wanting to help & correct the problem. I know if I need any work done I will be definitely be calling him and would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
