Terry installed a new bathroom for our row home renovation. He did top notch work and a fine job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Dust and dirt was kept to a minimum, which was really appreciated. Good sense of humor too -- which he needed when he realized the job was on the third floor.

Nice guy , like I said on google , but he quoted me $ 450 and when he was done he added another $38 for a part. Then why did you bother giving me a quote ? He also mentioned TWICE that he wasn't charging for extra time to get the part. Thanx. Lol.

Great experience, had them fix my water heater, add a water line for a fridge, shower drain and fix a pinhole gas leak in a gas pipe. He quoted us a price of $275. He fixed the water heater but had to come the next day to fix the gas line and do the rest. When he showed up he goes I think I have a cheaper way to fix that gas line to save you some money. When we went to pay him, he goes I will just send you an invoice if I try to do it off the top of my head I will over charge you and I don't want to do that. Great work and we are very happy!!!
