I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He charged me more every time he came. He is not reliable at all. He will say he will come soon and you will end up waiting all day. Very unprofessional service.

He use to be my go to plumber but the last 3 times I called or texted he never showed up. I even recommend two other family members to call him and he never showed up for them. Good luck in getting him to come to fix your issue.

For two days straight Francisco stalled me which the leak progressed! Terrible customer service and misleading with the no show's. This plumber was called and requested that I explain the problem. Francisco assessed the problem over the phone and stated that he was finishing up a job and would be right over. Francisco had me text my home address. We called multiple times both Tuesday and Wednesday. No show's. We called JC Plumbing and had a tech at our door in 40 minutes. Bad reviews go a long way and good business practice always keeps a customer informed.

Francisco, the owner of FGS, is awesome! I recently called FGS for help with a clogged drain to the main sewer line. Fernando responded. He has an upbeat personality, and what happy for the service call. He took care of the issue and did NOT over charge me. Excellent plumber great prices, reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. Francisco does great work he's been my plumber for many years. I began using him shortly after I purchased my home in 2000, and he's been my go-to Plumber ever since. He knows what he is doing, his knowledge of plumbing and repairs in all areas from the kitchen, garage disposal, dishwasher and the bathroom sinks faucets leaks, he's done it all. He's friendly, professional and courteous and does work that does not need to be repaired again and it's always fixed right. I am always satisfied with the service.

Francisco and his two workers were awesome. Sure they were a tad bit late but that was understandable.

Came a couple of weeks ago to fix and hauled out two old toilets. They did an amazing job.

Francisco was very nice and friendly. The way he interacted with his companions and me was mind-blowing.

I really appreciate his work and his happy personality!
