We were quite disappointed by this experience. We were charged over $1,000 to find a leak and eventually discover that a new faucet was required to stop the leak. This work took over 4 hours and included the Plummer leaving to go and pick up a new faucet. During that one hour, we were still charged the hourly rate, which turned out to be about $200 per. Subsequent research discovered that this was in the area of twice the going rate for such a job. There was no communication along the way regarding the possible large costs associated with this project. To be fair, the work was completed and the leak was stopped, but given the overall experience we had, I would recommend at least finding out about a range of cost before having them begin the work. I believe their competitors would have done a good job at significantly lower cost.

These guys are real quality. They know their business, show up on time, and get the job done in a professional fashion. As with all companies things sometimes go wrong. Great companies like Fettes deal with it and do whatever it takes (within reason) to make the customer happy. This is a great company.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. Charged me an hour of work. Were there for 30 minutes. Basically looked around the basement and outside. Told me the reason of why I had water in my basement was due to the slope of the side of the house and the main line is not pitched. 190 dollars later and didn't bother checking any of the sewerage lines which is why I had them there in the first place. 3 hours after I had a different crew come out which diagnoses the issue within 10 minutes. Checked the line which was holding water. Proceeded to clean it. 3 days of heavy rain followed and 0 water in the basement. They basically made 190 dollars for 30 minutes to walk around and give me the wrong diagnoses and not bother to check anything.
Would not recommend.

I had a leak in an investment property, and was referred to Fettes Love & Sieben by my handyman. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Calls were returned quickly, emails were responsive and informative, and Scott the plumber was incredible. He worked closely with our building engineering team to reduce my end cost, and kept me updated via phone throughout the entire repair. He also complimented our engineering staff, saying they were incredibly organized and one of the best he's worked with. I already knew this to be true, but it was wonderful to hear it from Scott. Fettes Love & Sieben earned my respect and trust and I look forward to working with them again.

I had a sewer line in the basement that collapsed under the toilet. The only way to know how bad the line deteriorated was to dig up the floor. FL&S came in and dug up the cement/ dirt which they hauled out and corrected the problem. It was a messy job but they did a great job cleaning up. It wasn't easy to figure out how to correct the problem but Mark came up with options that finally worked. The guys worked hard on the problem and I thank you.

John and Frank at Fettes Love & Sieben are the best!. I had a leak in both upstairs bathrooms and John was able to send Frank out within a couple of hours. Frank took the time to video the problem and explain what he needed to do to correct the problems. He is honest and efficient. I won't use anyone else. I will only use Fettes Love & Sieben
