don't EVER use this company.. it's a revolving door of employees.. I had tools stolen from my garage and the house still is not done after 10 months there on the 3rd GM in that time frame... let alone a promise of a call back that never happens... I work construction that's not the way to business if I worked that way I'd be done

Fetch a tech replumbed my house. Luis was very professional. We appreciate everything they did for us. Also they actually finished ahead of schedule.

Fetch a tech is a scam. They claimed our a/c would cost $9,000 to fix. after a second opinion, it costed $200. We paid fetch a tech $90 to give us that $9,000 quote. After complaining, we were promised a refund. its been 2 months and no refund. also our a/c is still running stronger than ever from our 2nd opinion company. i do not recommend fetch a tech.

This vendor used to be ACLV & apparently changed ownership or management. Since the changeover it seemed every time they came for a maintenance check they found something wrong that couldn't be repaired !! Spent thousands of $$$$
I decided to move on... looking for a new company.

Excellent service!! My rating is based on a service call that was performed on 7/29/24. I sent in a scheduling request the night before, and received a call the following morning to schedule the service. The techs showed up exactly on time, gave me a preliminary quote, checked in with me when they found an issue that required the quote to be increased, and completed the service. Turns out I had a blockage in my toilet and a flange that needed to be fixed. They finished the job quickly and were great. Definitely recommend!

LIARS !! This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. Had this company come to my house for a ""diagnostic"" check. They wanted to charge $15,000 which is the ""cheapest"" to change out our unit. Went as far as showing a picture of ""my ac system"" saying it was an R22 and that it's outdated and made up this whole story about the unit being dirty. Literally was only up there for 10 min. Told the guy we'll think about it. We had a family friends friend come out a couple hours later and he told us we have a 410 NOT AN R22 saying there is a HUGE sticker displaying 410 and that the guy who came out from this company FETCH A TECh straight up LIED TO US. Our system is okay just needed to replace a part which cost us $120 !!!! How dare you guys take advantage of people like that ! Showed us a FAKE picture of a FAKE problem trying to talk us into financing a new system !!!! This is not right and this is not how you should do business !!!! So despicable ! DO NOT COME HERE! THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!

I am now on the phone trying to get Joseph back out here. I had called last night because our AC wasn't working. I turned it off for a couple of hours and then turned it back on. Yay! It's working. Called the company to let them know we didn't need them to come right away so they could help someone else who didn't have AC. So Joseph comes out just to check the unit to make sure it is working properly. Tries to sell me something for $400. Not doing that. Tells me the capacitor needs to be replaced. He does that and now....now it WON'T TURN OFF!!! I call the company again and tell them he has to get back out here and fix this....today. The receptionist tries to get me to agree to have him come tomorrow. NO. He has to come back TODAY! I will update this when he comes back to fix this. Right now, absolutely will NOT recommend this company

I contracted this company to install ductwork after I had gotten another ac unit the year before. They did a good job on that as far as I know. I was talked into getting a maintenance contract for $200 plus. It was supposed to cover things like flushing the hot water heater, ac check up, etc for 1 year coverage. But, every time they came out it was just to up sell me. When they came out to check the new ac unit ~ that was when I was told that the ductwork needed replacing. Then they came out to flush the hot water tank and said that my water softener needed to be looked at. I didn't buy into that. Then the company called to make an appointment to come out and do an inspection on the ac unit, my maintenance plan was getting close to ending. I agreed to them coming out. The contractor came out he was by the ac unit for 2 minutes! He then told me that everything was good and had me sign and was leaving. I told him that I didn't see where he had done anything and he said he had pictures and reports. I told him that I had cameras as well. Bottom line ~ I never got those pictures or reports.

We have a BRAND NEW AC unit that started blowing cool air. (Down from freezing cold). It also ran whisper quiet.

Thinking that it just needed the coolant topped off, we called Fetch-a-tech. Three hours later, they say the evaporator is the problem and they left.

Now the unit blows HOT air and it's so noisy our neighbors have complained to the HOA saying it sounds like a train is running through the house.

All from an INSPECTION.

Seriously feels like they did something to break the unit to force more work.

But it gets even better... the price they quoted to fix the evaporator was just shy of $2,000.

Thinking that felt high, I called three other HVAC companies for quotes and the HIGHEST was $650.

Fetch a Tech is 3X more expensive than the next competitor.

Absolutely unreal to experience this in today's day and age.

We have been using fetch a tech for our dual HVAC units for ongoing health checks since purchasing both units new in 2019. Cal-Air was the installing company at that time, and our duct work was old, over 20 years and needed replacement. Fetch a tech notified us of this concern a few years ago, and this year we finally pulled the trigger and scheduled the work in early June. Our concern was would we have an operable unit while the work was being done. Fetch a tech helped us by scheduling our work for 2 days, so only one unit is down at a time. This really helped us deciding to do this. Another item that was installed was a central filter for each unit's return along with UV protection. They gave us choices, not only with products to buy, but with financing. Having choices really helped us decide what was right for us. They really helped us and we wanted to let everyone know.
