Just got my heating system service by Jorge G. Again service was amazing. Jorge was really friendly and professional took the time to explain to me what he saw and recommended. I totally recommend this company for all your heating and plumbing service. Didn't have to pay anything for the service the value and finance option available through them is pretty good itself.

People Beware they showed me a few of Pictures of someone else's units. That way they can show you how bad the units are. So The quote can be for All New stuff. $18000.00 (((SO MY SUGGESTION IS GIVE THEM YOU PHONE TO TAKE PICS OR YOUR OWN CAMERA.))

Service was very thorough! The tech explained everything in much detail! The only complaint is that I wanted winter tune up and the service I got is for the cooling system,so be very specific when calling for an appointment! They did not ask and the tech did not confirm when they came out! I was certain I asked for a winter tune up when I called them up to set up an appointment! Also, the visit felt like a sales pitch at times! Tried to sell me their maintenance service which I understand! Tech was great and just doing his job! Not sure if I will use them again! Just not really happy I have to pay again for them to get my winter tune up done! It was a misunderstanding, not sure if theirs or mine!

I have been with Fetch a tech (FT) since they acquired my previous company who was my provider for 10 or more years. I needed 2 value and hoses to be replaced on my washing machine. Since i have a contract with FT I called them. The plumber showed up and discussed different things that could be done. He quoted the price of $926. Since I needed the machine to be back in service I agreed. The next day 2 techs showed up on time and did a nice job. It took them 45 minutes. I began to wonder about the pricing of the job since I have an annual contract I assumed I was getting a discount. What a bad assumption. After researching the job I fond I highly OVERPAID. I think its time to lock for a new vendor who does give a discount to annual customers and does not rip them off.

The response time was excellent. Customer service Haley was outstanding. The assesment of problem was really good but out of my budget. The cost was expected given the issue I have.
