This company sent out mailers for a free AC and water heater flush. There are better companies that do more with an AC System check, the tech even suggested a system failure and purchase before the hot season got started. Regarding the water heater check, I had told them beforehand that I just wanted the water heater checked because I had a doctor's appointment to go to. The plumbing techs who showed up refused to do just the water heater check, they said they had to go thru the whole plumbing system in the house. Why would I allow two male strangers to go thru my bedroom and then check my bathroom? I did not tell them there was a plumbing issue in my house.
This company was the one who offered a free water heater flush, and then refused to honor it if they could not go thru the whole house checking for plumbing problems. Do not deal with this company, they're fishing for business the wrong way!

First thing when you fall for a mailer special pricing, your going to get what you pay for from this company. To also assume that there will be repairs to be done is not the way to win your customers over. Basically Less then twenty minutes to grab a ladder go up to your rooftop Ac unit to open it up take a few pictures then close it back up, and then tell you that your circuitry board will probably be needing replacement estimated cost $2000.00. No freon taken up in case it needed a recharge. I could have done a better job. when you speak to the customer service over the phone and they tell you that they receive payment in cash or credit. Now when paying in cash you ask for a receipt but are told that it will be emailed to you, except nothing was sent... you get a call from the company telling you that you have a open invoice, something shady is going on. It looks like the technician is pocketing payment. It shouldn't take a week to clear this up. All you get is the run around about having to research the matter and get back to you is so unprofessional. Now after several phone calls taking to multiple people now the manager will be calling you back on this mater. He's going to here the same thing I told the people over the phone. All I want is a simple receipt for the ""service work"" if you can justify that. If you have a internal problems with your employees handling cash don't make it the customers problem. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Yesterday, Jason from Fetch-A-Tech serviced my pre-paid water heater. He inspected and flushed the system. He also found the anode rod about 3/4th eroded and told me that it won't last a year. I paid him $300.00 to replace it. Later, checking the prices at Amazon, I found the rod cost about $30.00. That's 300% mark-up. I am posting this to let people know that this company rip-off senior citizens on fixed income.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would . I can't say enough great things about all of them. From my dealings with the office to the gentlemen who installed my new unit. They showed up on time and stayed until every last thing was taken care of. They were really nice and respectful. They left my house spotless. I only have a few of their names but honestly I don't think it matters who you get the staff there is amazing . Adrian, Luis, Reyes and Joseph are the 4 names I remember , but there were several others that worked tirelessly and I'm sorry i don't remember their names. All of them wonderful. My new system works so well and honestly I'm 100% happy. Thank you so much. This company will not stop until your problem is solved. They are committed to service and they are wonderful

Quality work at a reasonable price. I had all my duct work replaced and new registers added to two rooms. The technicians were very knowledgeable and did the job right the first time. One of the owners actually stopped by during the initial consult (Brent) super nice and down to earth guy. They completed all the work then a week later sent out another tech to do a quality control check on the work performed. Very satified!

All the workers were excellent. Install went seamlessly. Very happy with service.
Highly recommend

Mr. William Harris was nice, courteous and professional. However he tried to overcharge me by 300 percent. He wanted $2700 to replace the furnace motor (See the invoice that you emailed me) or $15,000 to install a new HVAC system. Of course he tried to nudge me toward the 15k solution. (Gee I wonder why) Thus putting me between a rock and hard place. Totally unreasonable. I just wanted it fixed so the house can be warm again, not to be scammed to the extreme like that. He also said the control board was fried too (See invoice screenshot below), but when I called another repairman for a second opinion, he said the control board was fine. Hence Harris must have tried to deceive me. I don't appreciate that. That's not nice. I thought Americans were honest with Christian values?
Also, upon further research on Google I found out that furnace repair should cost between 300 and 1000 dollars at most in 2022, according to sites like Forbes and HomeGuide, etc. So 2700 dollars is way off by 3 times the high end. I don't understand how someone can be that extreme like a bloodthirsty shark to charge me TRIPLE price? Do all your techs do this, or is Harris a rogue tech? Other companies I called said they could fix my furnace for 900. That's still a lot, but it's one third of what Mr. Harris wanted. See the invoice he sent me for proof. (In Asia, a service repairman can fix most things in your house for 30 dollars or less, so service repair costs in the US are crazy and insane!) I ended up having another company fix it for 900 dollars. All they did was replace the blower motor. The rest of the furnace was fine. Geez.
Moreover, people told me that to replace an entire HVAC system (which I didn't even need) costs about $5,000. Not $15,000. So even this figure by Mr. Harris is TRIPLE what it should be! Wow. He must have been going for the high roller, rather than being humble or modest! How do people like this sleep at night? How come they have no shame? I sure could not sleep at night if I did that.
As a rule of thumb, truth should be simple and to the point, but both your techs that came to our house used a lot of techno babble to confuse me, which is a red flag and means they are trying to confuse me in order for me to pay for unnecessary repairs. Good honest repairmen usually explain things simply and to the point without techno babble. A few months ago, Jimmie Rivera (another Fetch-A-Tech repairman) during an AC tune up, wanted an extra 400 dollars just to top off the coolant in the HVAC, which makes no sense when I researched it.
This doesn't look good for Fetch-A-Tech. Just being honest. I don't mean to offend anyone but these conclusions are inescapable. I'm pretty shocked. I thought Americans were hoenst and had Christian values. This is very disappointing. I would like an apology for this deception and cruel attempt at scamming me for $15,000 or $2700, both of which are outrageous and way out of the ball park. I've attached a screenshot of the invoice they sent me for 2700 dollars (yikes!).

STAY AWAY!!
4 months ago, I contacted Fetch a Tech to come and repair my main powerline that has exploded. Attack came right away and said I need a brand new part. As I was literally desperate I paid everything they said and he change the part using glue and tapes which was a bit odd but I let it go. Now, four months later that part has exploded once again and it is the main waterline of my house. I called them to come immediately and fix this as I have no water in the house and the Lady said they cannot and will come ""maybe tomorrow"". As I was expressing my extreme disappointment - she hung up the phone to my face!! this company is an insult to this profession and luckily there are serious and professional companies out there - stay away from Fetch-A-Tech

I can't not tell you how disappointed I am in this company, mostly in their manager Dennis Thompson. I had a leak in my bedroom wall, they came out to fix this leak but I was told I had moisture in my wall. I was recommended to a restoration company from them. So Eco Dry came out and took out my bedroom wall. I still had water coming out of the wall. Was told by a Jacob a sup from FAT that it was my roof and the needed a roofer, got a roofer. Needless to say I still had water and now my bathroom ceiling had a water bubble. Had Dennis come out to my house after techs had been out here 5 times, been dealing with this since July 21st, telling me we can't find the leak and had the ac tech come out again bcuz maybe it was my air conditioner. Dennis comes out looks at the wall and says it's right there, he says it's so obvious, HIS WORDS, I'm thinking he understands my frustration, I say, I work hard for my money I just need my house back together. That was sept 9th today Monday sept 12th when calling Dennis this morning it was like I was talking to someone different. My bathroom is ruined I now have to replace the whole wall and ceiling of my bathroom, to be told by Dennis well we will come out to fix the leak but it will not have a warranty and we will not be responsible for the line. Really my bathroom is ruined bcuz the techs couldn't find the leak. I had to take the ceiling down myself and low and behold their was the leak. If they were already cutting through walls go the extra mile and FIND THE LEAK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In fact one tech Jesse told me to use another company. This manger had no integrity. I know a lot a people and I will be letting them know to stay clear of fetch a tech so disappointed. You put your trust in companies to be treated like this is bad business

I had an Amana unit installed in 2017. This company at that time was named ACLV. 1 year after install (2018), they had to add refrigerant, (system leak). 2019 they added more refrigerant to the system, no mention of repairing the leak just adding more refrigerant. Now just five years after install of a brand new unit, I have to replace the condenser coil. While the part is covered by Goodman warranty the labor I was quoted was $3,400,00 for a five year old system! The last unit lasted 20 years. I do not recommend Fetch A Tech (Same Management as ACLV) or Goodman products.
