The team at Fertig and Gordon has managed our commercial property with professionalism, knowledge, and guidance. F&G is involved with many facets of the operations and maintenance of the property including addressing tenant and owner concerns, leasing vacancies, renewing leases, making site visits, coordinating repairs, and accounting. All financial transactions are transparent and accessible to the owner via F&G's secured online portal. F&G has a large network of local consultants/tradesmen to assist in legal and building/property-related matters. F&G is well versed in local, county, and state laws, codes, and updates. Each member of the F&G team is forthright, respectful, communicative, and collaborative.

If there is an emergency they attend to it immediately. They manage to keep all of our tenants happy and properties in impeccably shape. Our service from Kelly and Fiona and Daisy has been excellent and efficient. I highly recommend them as a property management company.

TERRIBLE. I am a resident at a property this company manages and it's the worst management I have ever dealt with. I've come from apartment complexes before and this company is by far the worst. They do not pick up the phone, reply to voicemails, reply to emails, they do not answer important questions regarding rent and the portal they use is inaccurate. It's impossible to get a hold of someone to actually help with your requests. Do not recommend, stay away.

They are generally helpful and friendly. But when you move, they try to charge you and keep part of your deposit for ""cleaning"" and unnecessary maintenance. Don't allow this, if you've been in your residence for longer than 2 years- that's considered normal wear and tear. You should not have to pay this. We took them to court and won.

Horrible experience with Fertig & Gordon Company from my behalf! I often noticed little to no education on tenants housing rights, procedures or just the commercial industry (apartment complex) from my housing experience. Management company falsified my maintenance log to align with Slumlord Owner in which I had to file a complaint with the Health Department to educate them on codes and conditions for tenants. False or misleading information often provided per on sight managers Robert & Fiona with their supervisor Kristin not hands on for tenants as company tries to advertise online on their website, false advertisement no doubt! Business driven company in alliance with Slumlord ownership with little knowledge of human housing rights and safety conditions from my experience! I witnessed my
documents being altered/falsified, poor customer service skills, inexperienced personal, harrassment towards covid 19 low income impacted families, mold contamination units and low cost fixtures is what my experience furthermore looked like with this company! Good luck tenants and speak up for your basic housing rights & community conditions, utilize hud, better business bureau, health department and other agency's applicable to your complaint when needed! Hope morals, proper work & human ethics, proper education and respect towards others, is achieved @ Fertig & Gordon because not what I experienced 2021 & 2022! I feel beyond blessed to have moved on from such negative experience and am leaving a review to notify others!

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They literally do nothing to improve or maintain the property other than consistently raising rent... absolutely the poorest business practices I have ever had to deal with.
