This company is my favorite property management company in my entire 21 years as a renter. I've lived in a few different cities and many apartments. Most of the places have been lovely but it takes more than that for me and my family to be happy. We're the kind of tenants who like to make a house a home. As a renter, that's only possible to get that feeling when you are treated with respect and listened to by the management company / landlord. Fertig and Gordon has done that the entire 2 years we've been their tenants. In today's environment, this is so valuable and we're thankful to them.

The property was beautiful obviously because of Fertig & Gordon Property Management Company they really take pride in their properties. I was given the application submitted at 5 and had a meeting with Kelly and Christian with who I submitted my application too. Today I went back just to see the property at a different time and day and to look at the upstairs unit which was as Fabulous As the down stairs unit.
