Dino came recommended from a few real estate agents and some friends through local social media neighborhood group. He gave an estimate and stated busy 2-3 weeks out. His job was critical to my back patio as I have (now had pavers) coming right after to finish project for Spring. As the date approached communication was a bit confusing. I asked him to confirm and then was ghosted. This guy lives here in the same village and unfortunately doesn't know the phrase "" A bad experience is repeated on average 11 times and a good one twice"" or doesn't care. Look elsewhere if you want reliability.

Just had quite the experience on i90 one of their drivers decided to run me off of the road and try and clip me twice all because I flashed brights asking him to move over while he's going 70 in the far left lane hopefully the bald old man driving sees this and enjoys the state trooper I called for him

I had an appointment at 8 am that was made a few days ago. They did not even shown up and have not returned my calls. This is the least professional experience I have ever had with any business. Stay away from them!

I had an issue with my kitchen sink (Not an emergency) and called on Saturday. Bob came out Tuesday morning and looked at it. He was very honest and told what the issues were and suggested several solutions.
In the end he suggested a solution I could take care of myself.

That afternoon he called and asked if it worked, it did!

I was surprised there were no reviews for Ferretti Plumbing but I realized it's because this business wasn't listed on Yelp. Well I just added Ferretti Plumbing so I could post a review. Dino Ferretti is the real deal. He is always recommended on our community's Facebook page as being a terrific plumber. Residents say he is honest, reasonable and gets the job done. I can personally attest that this is all true. Unlike other plumbers who often move at a semi-sloth pace to run up the clock, Dino works efficiently and gets the job done. And since he's an owner-operator small business, when you call for a plumber, you get Dino. You don't get someone whose work ethic and quality may not be the same as the last plumber from that business. It's not surprising Dino is the go-to plumber in our community. He has a stellar reputation that is well earned. Highly recommend!
