Apparently Kevin no longer needs my business. He responded to my text for service. Set appointment. He no called. No showed. And has not responded to any calls or voicemails.


Kevin is unreal!! I will be a Ferrell Plumbing for life customer. We have rentals and have done flips: interviewing, finding legit plumbers, electricians are hard to find, and those that are good, charge unreasonable prices. Look no further. If you need a plumber Kevin is honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced.

Had a nasty issue with sewage coming up the drain of the basement bathtub. Ferrell plumbing was able to fit me in the same day. Kieth was prompt, professional & affordable. Turns out the wipes my 2 yearold had been putting in the toilet had clogged our sewage drain line. He snaked them all out! PSA, don't flush baby wipes! Thanks Kieth, you are my go to plumber from now on!

It was just minutes after I sent an SOS for a plumber in my zip code that I got a call from Ferrell Plumbing. I explained my problem, received directions on how to turn off the water to my hot water heater, in a short time a Master Plumber was in my home removing the old hot water heater and installing a new one. After the install was complete, he took additional time to ensure no gas leaks in the area of the hot water heater and furnace. I would definitely hire Ferrell for plumbing needs in the future.

I called a different plumbing company and I guess they contracted Ferrell to come out. He came when he said he would, solved the problem quickly, and explained everything he did. I thought he deserved a good review.

I had a leak on a Friday night, inside the wall. They said they could get someone there between 9:30 and 10:30. At 9:25, Kevin called, saying he was 5 minutes out. He located the problem quickly, and although he didn't have the replacement pipe in his truck (His normal truck was in the shop), he apologized, and said he could be here first thing in the morning and get it taken care of. At 7:45 the next morning, he came and it took less than half an hour. The price was reasonable. Kevin was great. I am a huge fan.

We called Ferrell plumbing for an urgent issue regarding malfunction of our hot water heater. They answered and said they'd arrive between 9 and 11am the next day. When they hadn't showed up or called by 11:30, I called them and nobody answered. I called again and left a message but nobody even called to apologize for not coming or to return my message. I would not recommend using them due to lack of professionalism and not showing any respect for their customers.

And you thought it improbable a plumber could get five stars. Mr. Ferrell responded to my emergency call (first I accidentally snapped the water filter from the copper piping into my fridge then I over tightened the cut off shoulder. Water water everywhere. After shutting off the main water supply to the house I waited for the plumber.) He arrived at 1am and was finished by 2:30. I had water for the day and Mr Ferrell came back the next day and put all my accidents to right. He may not be precisely on time and he has this quirky method of talking to himself like I do to get my thoughts organized. But with him it's charming. You will get an honest job at an extremely good price. Thus the five stars.
