In the early 1970s, a mutual friend introduced John Ferguson and Mike Veresh, who aspired to fulfill the American Dream of business ownership. During that period, John was studying full-time at Midwestern State University while also working part-time in HVAC service and installation at Hamilton Bryan. Mike, a former Master Instructor in Electrical Power Production in the United States Air Force, was also a student at MSU and employed at Paul Scheuer Engineering. Their mutual respect, shared values, and strong work ethic forged an ideal partnership. Now, they celebrate 40 years in business with a team of over 50 employees.
