Introduced by a mutual friend in the early 1970s, John Ferguson and Mike Veresh dreamed of achieving the American Dream—owning their own business. At the time, John balanced his full-time studies at Midwestern State University with a part-time job in HVAC service and installation at Hamilton Bryan. While attending MSU, Mike, who had served as a Master Instructor in Electrical Power Production in the U.S. Air Force, worked at Paul Scheuer Engineering. Their common respect, aligned values, and diligent work ethic formed a strong partnership. Now, they celebrate 40 years in business with a team of over 50 employees.
