In the early 1970s, a mutual friend introduced John Ferguson and Mike Veresh, who aspired to fulfill the American Dream of business ownership. During that period, John was studying full-time at Midwestern State University while also working part-time in HVAC service and installation at Hamilton Bryan. Mike, a former Master Instructor in Electrical Power Production in the United States Air Force, was also a student at MSU and employed at Paul Scheuer Engineering. Their mutual respect, shared values, and strong work ethic forged an ideal partnership. Today, they proudly mark their 40th year in business, supported by a workforce of more than 50 employees.
