A mutual friend brought John Ferguson and Mike Veresh together in the early 1970s, igniting their dream of owning a business in America. At the time, John balanced his full-time studies at Midwestern State University with a part-time job in HVAC service and installation at Hamilton Bryan. While attending MSU, Mike, who had served as a Master Instructor in Electrical Power Production in the U.S. Air Force, worked at Paul Scheuer Engineering. The respect they held for one another, along with their shared values and work ethic, created a perfect partnership. Now, they celebrate 40 years in business with a team of over 50 employees.
