I first met Belinda Alvarez at the North Miami store. She has since moved to the Coral Gables store. I was very undecided and Belinda helped me in making some great decisions. We had a few problems along the way(normal for any renovations) but the staff at Ferguson was always eager to help solve everything that came up. My condo turned out just how I imagined. I will definitely be using Belinda again(if she will have me) in the renovation of my new house!
She is really the best!

When I discovered a crack in my bathtub floor, I contacted Joe to discuss options. He stopped by the house the next day and recommended replacing the tub, which I was happy to do for a variety of reasons. But we didn't stop there. My cracked tub was a gift from the home improvement gods, and I wasn't about to let it go to waste. We ended up remodeling the whole bathroom; and Joe did a fantastic job replacing bathtub, shower/sink fixtures, and toilet. He fit us into the schedule very quickly, and also offered good advice and a fair price. I will absolutely be contacting Ferguson Plumbing in the future.

My daughter had one of the Ferguson plumbers install a water heater, fix a leaking shower valve & install a new sink faucet in her condo... since she has a newborn I went over to help...3 days after calling the work was done and took about 2 hours. The place was left clean and the prices were more than fair. We are happy customers and will be calling them again!

I needed a good plumber to further inspect some plumbing issues that came up on the home inspection report of a Groton house I was looking to buy. I was weary of this house from the get go. It was a perfect fairytale cottage on Lost Lake, too good to be true. People just don't sell houses like this. They hold onto them forever and pass them on for generations. Something had to be wrong with this house. But the inspection checked out better than I had hoped, so maybe I was just one of the lucky ones?

Well, after looking for the best plumber in town, I came across Joe. From the reviews alone I was sold. First off, I was in a big time crunch, as my P&S was at the end of the week. Joe got back to me right away and was able to schedule a time to come out before my P&S. Joe didn't end up doing any work for me, but what he did do was save me from making the biggest mistake of my life, and possibly even saving my life.

When I spoke to Joe on the phone to give him background info on the house, he mentioned to me that he also almost bought that house and didn't because he found out through the grapevine that the guy next door is a SOB and a convicted felon, and every person who ever lived in that house moved out shortly because he made their lives hell.

Upon looking up this guy's name online, speaking to a neighbor and the police department, the information I found was mortifying. The man and that property and street is famous all over the town, and not in a good way. I ran as fast as I could away from that property and neighborhood.

I am so thankful for Joe's honesty. I am planning on building a house and look forward to Joe being a key member of my building crew. It's hard to find a good and honest contractor these days, and a honest one down to his morals, even harder.

My furnace died on a late Friday afternoon on the coldest day of the year, and Joe went out of the way to get it back up and running so we had a warm house for the weekend. Joe was extremely thorough and did high quality work, and checked in over the weekend to make sure all was still working. Great service, quality work, and a great guy. Highly recommend Joe if you need work done.

We're in the middle renovations and noticed a leak in the basement coming from one of the pipes for the heat, we didn't know what caused it and our contractor wouldn't help us. So we found Ferguson Plumbing on Yelp. Joe came over to check out the leak and where it was coming from. Turns out our contractor hit a pipe when he nailed in our baseboard trim. Joe found the leak and fixed it within an hour and a half. Very professional, trustworthy knows his stuff. I now have him on speed dial for future catastrophic events!

I am new to Pepperell. It's always dicey finding people when you live in a new area. Ferguson was Great!
I called in the afternoon. I got a return text that evening stating they knew it was after hours but wanted to let me know they got the message and would call tomorrow. That was great service. I don't think that's ever happened before.
They were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and quick.
Really pleased. Would recommend to everyone.

Joe was everything you could ask for in a contractor. He was super communicative and talked to me on the phone a bunch of times to plan out the job and confirm what I wanted. I had a somewhat uncommon request, which was to install a used boiler to replace my super old one. Normally that's a bad idea, and he talked me through the risks. He managed to get it done right in a single day and it's working great.

This is also a guy who wants to do things right the first time. Since I was operating on a budget, he was a little limited in how perfect he could make it compared to his ideal, but it looks great. He simplified the plumbing, making it way easier to understand what's going on with the boiler My old setup had pipes crossing all over the place and was so confusing. He made some nice looking manifolds that make things so much easier to diagnose.

He was transparent on costs, stuck to the budget, and fixed a separate issue while he was here. Overall, this dude is awesome, has real standards for quality of work, was responsive, was transparent, and was fairly priced. He'll be my go-to from now on.

I consulted Yelp looking for a good local plumber, which lead me to Ferguson. MrFerguson showed up promptly and took a look at my leaking toilet, correctly judging my amateur attempts at fixes.

In and out in 45 minutes, charging me the absolute minimum. Highly recommended.
