Not only is their showroom stunning and full of all the latest kitchen and bathroom stuff, but Phil Stone is the best guy in the business, bar none.

Every single time in the last 15 years that I've stopped by, called or emailed him, he's quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. Just like Dr. Phil on TV!

On top of that, almost everything arrives next day, so your project isn't kept waiting. Thanks for all the help!!

The ""go to guy"" at Ferguson is the one and only Phil Stone. He will take care of you and hold your hand through the whole process of choosing your fixtures to design and delivery. The great part is the customer service is fantastic. You can be assured Phil will take care of everything!

If you buy items from Ferguson and need help after the purchase, you are out of luck. I spent over $6,500 on a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Thermador cook top in 2016. In November 2018, one of the grills lost a rubber feet. We called the number on the user guide for replacements for $18 on a 2-yr old cooktop, gave them the part number and Thermadora/Bosch sent the wrong feet. They want the serial number off the cooktop to send the right set! The number is under it somewhere and we would have to pay someone come out and lift the cooktop and reset it. I thought Ferguson's might be able to help me. I called and explained my problem to Mark n he said he would look into and call me back. Waited three hours and no call. Called him again and was told I should call their service number because they don't deal with repairs. In others words- we sell expensive high end appliances but you are on your own if something happens to them. Called service number and they don't have a record of our purchase so they can't provide assistance. And of course the salesman, Tim West, no longer works there. So now we are stuck. On top of that, the $3200 oven is giving us an error message on the oven probe, the microwave periodically displays a ""close door"" message and will not work. One of the reasons we went to Ferguson's was to get better quality appliances and good customer service. We are very disappointed with the service! You might as well buy at Best Buy or Home Depot - at least you don't pay $2200 for a cooktop that has pieces falling off.
Update: Sergio, store manager, contacted me and ordered the correct parts for me. Thank you.

I had worked with Phil at Fergusons twice before for remodels around 2005 and was very happy with his service. So when I needed all new kitchen appliances I went straight to him. He ended up costing us to pay more than $2500 more than we should have. First of all he didn't order our appliances before the prices went up. He gave us an excuse that he was waiting for us to call with our credit card number, when I had told him to make sure to call me as soon as he knew exactly what he was ordering to get my credit card number (he had to work with our contractor). So he finally got our credit card number but I told him the total amount was over our limit. He said that was no problem he would charge half now and half a month later. He ended us charging the second half 10 days later without notifying us (he knew we could have used another credit card), so the credit card company treated it as a cash advance and now we have high fees for that. All we got from him was an aw gee, I'm sorry. I have been recommending him and Fergusons to other people for the past 13 years. That is definitely going to stop now.

My contractor recommended that we go to Ferguson's for our appliances when we remodeled our kitchen.
Phil Stone was our sales person. I told him what I wanted the appliances to do and he recommended appliances that fit those parameters.
All the appliances were just what I wanted, except the kitchen faucet. The kitchen faucet company discontinued the faucet we ordered and sent a different one in it's place.
Phil did his best to find another faucet that did the same thing, but no luck.
He refunded the cost of the wrong faucet and paid a plumber to reinstall our old faucet which I chose to keep.
I would recommend Ferguson's and Phil to anyone looking for appliances.

My husband and I were recommended to Phil Stone by our contractor. Phil went above and beyond and we have and will continue to recommend all people to him, despite us living an hour south!! We called him on a Friday and he was willing to meet up with us the very next day on Saturday. He spent well over 2 hours with us, happily comparing and contrasting all options and prices with us. He never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time, or asking too many questions.

Being that my husband is a researcher, before placing our order, we compared prices with prices online and ALL prices came out cheaper through ferguson!! My husband and I couldn't believe it. Given the service and the ease of ferguson, we thought it would have cost more (and we were even willing to pay a little more after working with Phil).

When I'm standing on my head trying to be in 2 places at once and keep multiple subcontractors supplied with fixtures, parts, and on schedule, I can't tell you how much it means to work with a company like Fergusons. They understand this and make sure that I have what I need when I need it.

My sincere appreciation goes to Phil Stone for assisting me over the years with countless projects on my rental properties and on my home. His extraordinary patience, diligence, and sense of humor make it a pleasure to work with him. During our latest remodel, he saw to it personally that critical items were on the truck and delivered on time for our plumbing contractor. This included a gorgeous, giant, 300-pound tub! Art, the driver, made sure the right pipes and fittings were included in the delivery. Art was meticulously careful in unloading. The big, heavy items were securely placed without blocking our parking area and were in perfect condition. Thoughtful people just brighten my day and make my job so much easier.

Phil's guidance in selecting the perfect fixtures for our projects has saved me much time and stress. His attention to detail and thoroughness in completing orders is invaluable. It helps me stay on schedule and prevents delays when all the right pieces are there. Phil provides our projects' specification sheets and guides in one neat and tidy packet which serves as an essential, time-saving reference for our plumber and me. Phil's expert assistance has made the ""general contracting"" hat much easier for me to wear when dealing with our multiple property remodels. I can't thank him and Fergusons enough for the great service. I look forward to working together in the future as I unfurl my scroll of never-ending projects.

It was such a pleasure working with Laurie Owen at a Ferguson! From the very first meeting, we were impressed. She took her time, was thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. We completely remodeled our kitchen and are exceedingly pleased with all of the appliances, our fabulous Native Trails sink, and our faucet. Thank you Laurie!

My husband and I completed building our dream home this year. We had to purchase everything from plumbing fixtures for two kitchens, four bathrooms, indoor and outdoors lights, celling fans as well as all new kitchen appliances. I worked closely with Laurie Owens, in making all my selections and her help and advice was invaluable. I would recommend her services to anyone doing a remodel or building a new home. I also feel that Ferguson's was very competitive with their pricing. I am writing this review because after three months of living in our new home, we had an issue with one of the kitchen sinks, so I contacted Laurie. Within a day I heard from the manufacturer of the sink and we are working it to resolution. It's nice to know that after everything was done, I could still count on the folks from Ferguson to stand by the products they sold.

I bought all plumbing products here for the remodel of two bathrooms and was very pleased. I recommend having a shopping plan. Plumbing is complicated and the options seemingly endless. The more informed you are, the better staff will be able to help you. Here is how I approached my Fergusons experience: I used their on-line tool to select what I thought I wanted within my budget, printed my list, went into the store where staff directed me to those items, went back on-line and modified my list based on store visit, scheduled an appointment and met with a salesperson (Carol) who ensured I got all the right parts and connections. I was working with a contractor but buying the plumbing fixtures myself. Fergusons gave me the contractor discount, there was no shipping charge, and no problem returning a couple of unneeded items. I highly recommend Fergusons over a DIY warehouse as the salespeople actually know what it takes to make a system work. No one is perfect, one selection proved problematic and I plan to return the items--I hope it will be like the prior return--no problem. What is the issue? The toilet tank trip levers. The ones I/we ordered are not the specified model for this particular toilet (I wanted a particular color and look) and seem to adversely affect flushing and void the warranty. Be careful of what you wish for because as I already said, plumbing is complicated. The only negative I'd mention is that if you have to go to the parts department, be prepared to wait--this is not necessarily bad, as often the help is tied up trying to help people...something that doesn't often happen at DIY warehouses.
