I emailed the SLO store and ask to purchase a special order toilet. No response.

I called and the male associate who answered the phone was very pessimistic about getting this toilet, I quote ""its a month out before we can get it here"". Hmm ok.
So I call the Bakersfield showroom. They sourced it from the Stockton warehouse. It was delivered to the SLO store the following Tuesday.

How did this associate not know the proper steps in order to make a sale? yet the Bakersfield store was extremely happy to land the sale.

I'm remodeling my master bathroom which is a very daunting task. I met with Phil Stone several times. He is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every decision step that I needed to make. It is one-stop shopping at it's best. In addition, everything was delivered to my home on time and complete! I am so happy with my choices and can't wait to see the end result. I highly recommend Phil and Ferguson!!

I just had my 4th repair person arrive today and the dishwasher still does not work! I have asked for a replacement dishwasher from ferguson. that was Monday when the repairman was here for the 3rd time. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of materials from them previously and I think from now on I will tell anyone who will listen. Do not buy ferguson's warranty or product from them. It has been three months! In fact do not shop there. They do not care about you once the check clears. You are virtually on your own!!!

Love this store! Went in looking for bathroom fixtures for a master bath remodel and was thrilled to see such a huge selection. Great customer service. Could be dangerous.....with all the amazing products now I want to remodel the kitchen!

I was sent to this store by Kichler to get a replacement globe for one of their light fixtures as they do not sell direct. It was close to closing time and it was clear that all the employees were interested in was getting out the door. They asked if I had the part number, which I didn't. They then informed me that I would have to call Kichler to get the part number and once I had it they would order it for me. Huh? I'm doing all the work?

If you like to be ignored or made to seem a nuisance, this is the place for you. If, however, you prefer a business that can provide actual customer service, look elsewhere - you won't find it here!

We would like to applaud Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery for hiring people such as Phil Stone. Three years ago, we purchased three major appliances through Phil at Ferguson and when we had considerable trouble with two of these appliances, we turned to Phil for assistance.

Within a day we were in contact with personnel at the manufacturers and had a completely satisfactory resolution of the problem. Without Phil's assistance, we do not think this would have happened.

Furthermore, he coordinated all aspects of the resolution professionally, graciously and without a hitch. We are grateful and will not hesitate to recommend Phil at Ferguson's in San Luis Obispo in the future!

After numerous attempts to get anyone to answer the phone I emailed with a request to ask for help in getting a cracked shower pan (that was ordered/delivered by this company) repaired.

No one at Ferguson is willing to give customer service or ""common courtesy"".

We just finished construction on a new home. We purchased all of our kitchen appliances and bath fixtures from Fergusons. We worked with Phil and he was amazing! Getting back to me sometimes within the minute of leaving a voicemail or email! He was an ""ambassador"" of sorts between our plumbing contractor, and was always available with information or advice to get us through this tough decision making. If he was going to be away, he made sure I knew who to talk to should there be any questions or concerns. We also worked with Tim and he proved to be just as helpful! I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! A definite place to consider when remodeling or building a home! We LOVE our new Thermador appliances and ousomething bath is like something out of a magazine! Thank you Phil and everyone else at fergusons for all of your help and hard work! We love our new home!

My husband and I worked with Laurie Ownen at Ferguson's last fall, while searching for new lighting, deep soak tub, ""copper"" fixtures, and sinks in order to complete a 300 SF spa style master bathroom. In the process, we decided to remodel a half bathroom in our home as well. Though it felt like a daunting task, Laurie's advice, professionalism, honesty and eye for detail was refreshingly helpful and greatly appreciated. She was also very patient. After the travertine and grainite were selected and fabricated, it was fun to install the finishing touches from Ferguson's in the bathrooms. All items arrived on time and exactly when Laurie said they would.

It was such a good experience that we are now remodeling the kitchen. Once again it was time to go see Laurie and seek her advice . I rate her customer service a 10!!

This store might be pricier than a DIY store, but the quality shows. It is nice to have a wide selection of items to choose from. We couldn't be happier with the bathrooms and expect to feel the same way when the kitchen is completed.
