Wow I called this place to simply as a question. Shawn or Sean don't know the spelling of his name ""KNOWS HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS""


Ferguson has plenty different stores like electrical plumbing and stuff. I was looking for T11 7' long light bulbs for a warehouse. HDSupply recommended me to call Ferguson down the road. When I called Shawn or Sean I don't know the spelling of his name picked up the phone. I ask if they have a T 11 light bulbs 8 feet long, he said no this is fire and fabrication store. I ask him I understand but does he know if there's any Ferguson around that has lightbulbs he's a third this is fire and fabrication store I'm like I understand but I know your stores has different sections like plumbing electrical ETC.
He rudely repeat it again whatever he was saying couple other times.
