Thank you Ray from store #902!!! I'm a contractor in So. Cal. And called to get air filters ... when I called I got transferred around and even spoke to a rep in AZ he then transferred me to Ray! Well, after telling Ray where I was compared to him in northern CA he took the time to help me find what I needed but So. Cal store was out of stock and Ray had them so he hooked me up and they are being shipped to us now!!! Ray took my frustrating morning, helped me get what I needed, hooked up a discount and made it all good! Happy to know that Ray is the kind of Rep I would love to have on my Team! It was 104 yesterday and today in the East Bay and our residential A/C unit's run capacitor failed last night. I diagnosed and removed the bad cap, called around and found these guys. I've had nothing but great experiences with other Ferguson lines of products and service so this should be an easy fix. I called, said ""my residential AC unit failed and I need a 40uF run cap for a Rheem outdoor unit."" they checked and said they had a couple in stock, I said I'd send my wife to pick it up, they gave me a price and it was all good...until my wife showed up. Now they refused to sell it to us because she wasn't an HVAC employee then they weren't willing to entertain opening an account for our LLC or maybe it was because it's Wed or who knows, but it wasn't happening. At no point did I indicate during the phone call I was a business and at no point did they indicate we needed an account. Understand, it is still 104 degrees, just like it was at Ferguson this afternoon, and we are without AC. I have ordered the correct part from Amazon and it will be here day after tomorrow but thanks for absolutely nothing. They couldn't sell us a $10.00 part on a extremely hot day and help a neighbor. Well, we won't be doing business with them or ANY Ferguson company out this way as a result.

I called Fergusons for a capacitor they told me they had one on here I told him that I did have an account they told me to come over when I got there they said I could not sell it to me because I didn't have an account really bad customer service there would never go back

Commercial plumbing fixtures and repair parts,
Most recently bought a mop sink and faucet here

I have purchased Sloan flush valves, commercial faucets, water heater parts, and a part for a furnace here, many parts you can't get at Home depot, Lowes or the regular hardware stores

Prices are pretty fair for these commercial quality items.

Most of the time there is a long wait, it doesn't seem to matter how much of hurry you are in, they are in no rush when it comes to customer service.
