We had a clogged toilet. These guys provided same day service and fixed it. Pulled the toilet, ran a 100' power snake, cleared an underground obstruction in the sewer line and put it all back together quickly. I'd call 'em again. Decent price and professional service!

Appointment time was for 6pm at 6:08 received a text that Jose was running late from the previous job and arrival time would be 7-7:30pm. 7pm came and went I looked outside and saw a truck sitting at my intersection. At 730pm the truck (which was not marked as a work truck) moved from the intersection drove past my house then returned and parked out in front of my house but no one got out. I texted the ""customer service"" that Jose was a no show, that a silver F150 was parked outside my house and they said no, he should be in a box truck. I replied it is most definitely not a box truck. They said oh then he must be in his other work van. Again I said no. I went upstairs to get ready for bed and at 7:36pm Jose rang the bell. I talked to him remotely and he seemed very clueless as to what was going on and did not seem too concerned that he missed the appointment time even when I told him he was late. He said he was talking to a customer and that's why he was late and sitting out in front of my house. Im sure he is a fine guy and does great work but I will not have the chance to find out when they cannot make an appointment window because of their poor communications and scheduling. Total waste of an evening!

Had a big leak from a shut off valve under our bathroom sink at 9pm. Contacted Fer and they came out next morning and had it fixed by 8am. Jose was very friendly and kind. Cannot recommend enough!

I contacted several plumbers to replace my kitchen sink (a dual basin) with a single basin sink. Of all the contractors I contacted, Fer Plumbing was the first to respond. They are the only ones who offered to do the entire job (including removing the undermount sink) while others told me I had to contact a granite company to get the sink removed first. They successfully removed the old sink with no damage to my countertop, installed the new one, and redid the plumbing.

Jonathan also provided me a free estimate very quickly from some photos I sent him. Other companies were going to charge me for a consultation or were difficult to schedule with.

Fer Plumbing were very easy to work with, very quick to respond, and they did a great job very quickly. I was also able to negotiate with them a little bit on price as well since I had a limited budget. Would definitely recommend this company.

Replied immediately for a Sat call - we thought our gas line to the oven had a leak. Came out and investigated - with no ""flat rate"" service charge - and told us it couldn't be the gas line - it was more likely the actual oven. (Since a prior appliance repair tech told us it wasn't the oven - we were taking the next step to check the gas itself). Definitely appreciate the quick response, flexible timing and fully honest feedback. Didn't need them this time - but will 100% call them for any future needs!
