On the eve of Thanksgiving, we had a gas leak in our basement. Many companies wanted to take advantage of the situation and charge as much as they possibly could but not this company. José understood the situation and came out promptly in the morning to ensure we would have gas for the holiday. The work was done professionally and timely. I had a small problem with an outdoor faucet leaking into the utility room in my basement. I submitted a quote request on Yelp and Jose was the first to respond. He scheduled an inspection appointment the for next day and promptly arrived at my home to diagnose the problem. After determining that the faucet broke in between the wall and the outdoor connection, Jose gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the service appointment within 48 hours of my request.

On the day of the repair he and his crewman arrived on time, did the repair, as well as flushed my water heater, and installed a water pressure value regulator. I was happy with the service and would both recommend him to offers and consider to give him future business for other services that his company provides.

Jose was very prompt, professional, and responsive. We had to turn off the water and due to a leaky pipe, we could not turn it back on. I woke up, and he left a message saying he could arrive at 8:00. He showed up, texted while on the way. We had water and the pipe was repaired soon by the afternoon.
