This guy is the most dishonest and fraudulent contractor I have met. I called him to give me a quote on some renovation, inspect my plumbing, and turn the water on from the street.The quote for flooring was free, and for painting, it was astronomical: 4.5$ per sq ft for flooring, three times what many charge, and $6,500 for painting a tiny home. He was trying to suggest me to do thing I don't need just to have work to do. When it came to inspection, he just checked if water runs in the sink and toilet, and no check of water heater, cartridge on shower and other things 30 other things plumbers inspect. Ultra lazy guy who wanted to get out quick and get his 350 dollars.

Do not ever hire this guy, Jose Fernandez, the owner, he is under delivering and ripping everyone off, you can tell from the way he behaved with me. Stay away. His company is Fer due to his last name, when you meet him you will know you made a bad choice, his very demeanor ...

Have a nice day, and stay safe, lots of frauds in plumbing remodeling field, even Home Depot gives 2$/sq ft quote.
