My experience with Fer Plumbing was not good; I'm late getting this review up. Back in April, they caused me much delay in getting my shower and tub replaced due to their poor communication. They were the first to reply to my inquiry on yelp and were quick to reply to my questions at first, but the moment I asked for their certificate of insurance which was required by my condo board, their customer service went downhill. I had to call and text multiple times and was told, ""don't worry, we are sorry for the inconvenience"" and given unfulfilled promises that they would call back. I was told once that they have insurance but not commercial insurance to do work in my condo, but that they were looking into options that were never shared with me. I never received any documentation of insurance coverage. This makes me wonder if there was no insurance to guarantee his work. I can't speak to Jose's talent and work but communication is a major weakness. In the end, I went with a different contractor who was recommended to me by word of mouth; my new contractor was wonderful and he now has a customer for life (he already completed a second job for me as well), so I'm glad Fer Plumbing didn't work out.

John and Jose were amazing for our two projects. We ended up starting off needing a toilet replacement/ repair but ended up getting our plumbing pipes updated. They did great work and were very friendly. Highly recommend them for projects. They had the best price out of 4 quotes and plan to use them in the future for other projects.

I had a cold-water supply pipe blockage that needs to be cleared / repaired, which requires tracking where the blockage was (opening up wall and ceiling.) I called a number of plumbers but none offered comprehensive solution - they only do plumbing and will not patch up/paint the drywalls. On the other Fer Plumbing offered a comprehensive solution; and a fraction of the cost of the others. Jose and Jonathan (father and son) were both very polite and professional. They did all the work themself and left our place very clean. I am very satisfied with their work. If you are looking for a plumber or general contractor, I would highly recommend using them. I will definitely use them again!!

The main contractor (Jonathan Fernandez, the ""Fer"" in the name) was more than patient with us as we figured out what we needed in terms of sinks, disposals, and faucets for this kitchen mini-upgrade we were looking into. I settled on a new sink instal, and their estimate was literally 25% of another competitor, which I still don't quite understand (the competitor must've misunderstood something) BUT Fer came through with a solid plumber (Jose), the estimate was spot on, and the work was good. It always seems way too expensive but they guarantee their work and all was done professionally. A little eh with some of the cleanup and silicone residue around the sink edges but hey it's not a beauty contest. Thanks guys very much, you'll be the go-to for future plumbing requests.

Contracted company to install pipes under my kitchen sink. The first plumber they sent out did not do a good job, when he left the pipe was leaking.

They sent a second plumber the following day the corrected the problem. Pipe is now good, thank you.
